Wendy's — Restaurant in Laredo

With all sincere honesty this place needs help at first glance they are short staffed only 3 people working and for the high demand it has they need people. It took me approximately 15 minutes to get to the counter to order. Another 15 minutes to get my drinks to come up that it was wrong I ordered a strawberry lemonade they just put the lemonade ( was still waiting on the food) when I told them about it they just got a strawberry pouch and poured it. Food was out in 30 min or so it was in somewhat decent shape ohh forgot about the drinks the New fountain drink machine they had according to them wasn't working so I had to wait in line again to get served because they would ignore you if you were on the other side . When management finally came out of her office they were completely overwhelmed with work . Long story short THEY need to hire more people at lunch time and please please get Rid of the FLIES you can't eat well without one flying around and standing on your food plus...

Had the worst experience at Wendy’s this Friday. It was the second time within a month that I go on my lunch break and they don’t have ice but this time I waited in line for about 15 minutes, so I decided just to go through with my order because I only have an hour for lunch and since they don’t have a sign out front, letting you know that they don’t have ice I had already wasted enough time of my lunch to go somewhere else. By the time I got to the window and got my food got to the house I realize that they had messed up my order and did it include some items. When I called I spoke to a Racquel, who claimed to be the general manager. She not only hung up on me, but then when I tried to call back. Would answer the phone and leave it on mute. She was extremely rude and for someone who works in customer service myself I would expect a lot more from a general manager. I will definitely not be going back to this Wendy’s or any Wendy’s for that matter. Definitely do not recommend...

Staff is always very friendly and courteous. The food is always delicious and made fresh. Usually it's drive-thru for me. When I've dined in the place is usually always clean. I like their strawberry lemonade, since it's made with real chunks of strawberries. Burgers are nice and juicy. I like their Asiago Chicken Sandwich but my go-to are usually their salads. The Apple Pecan Chicken Salad is my favorite, followed by their Berry Burst Chicken Salad (available during the summer only). The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they've forgotten to give me the packets that come with their salads on several occasions. I understand that they note it to ask for condiments but these come included...
