Birdies bar — Restaurant in Largo

The bar itself was a lot of fun. I went there for the 1st time with a couple of friends who had been there before. We sat at the bar and listened to music. Had a few drinks and played pool and even danced to a few songs. There wasn’t many people in there as it was a Wednesday night. Last call happened so we all started to make our way to the back exit. This bar has two parking lots ( one in front and one in back ) the back lot is where my friend had parked so as we were walking to the car, some lady behind us also in the parking lot started making rude comments to me saying she didn’t like the way I was looking at her and didn’t like the way I was flirting with her husband. Both of these accusations came as a shock as me nor neither of my friends never even saw these people before. Next thing I knew this lady was screaming at me and started to attacking me hitting me in the head several times before my and her friends pulled her off of me. I was stunned and in a state of disbelief over what just happened and all I could think was to get some pics of this person and of her car so I can report her. She sped off after I said I was calling the cops. A couple days later, I called the bar and asked for their camera footage but they advised it doesn’t work. I came to birdies tonight after my shift looking to have a good time. When I entered I noticed a woman drinking at the bar, and I played darts with my friends. As we left at the end of the night this woman claims she was the manager and was very rude to my friends and I. I believe she's dating the bartender Jordan who does a good job along with Adam and CeCe. I spend good money in this bar and enjoy going, but tonight was very different. As of now, I don't know if I'm going to frequent as much. I am very disappointed and don't know when the next time I'll be back. As a person who works in hospitality I believe it is a bad idea for coworkers and managers to be involved, especially when drinking on the job. My friends and I will be taking our business elsewhere for the time being, until the situation is resolved, or we will call to make sure she is not there before we come. We go to birdies quite often and they have their fair share of turnover with bartenders but last night the girl Michelle was TERRIBLE!!! No business being behind a bar whatsoever …Left without even getting a drink, even after her asking what we were getting. It’s one thing to “forget” an order but to walk by 2 people at the bar with no drink 5 times after taking the order is just pure incompetence.. sad thing is one drink was a bottle of bud light that was directly in front of us in the beer tub, the other a Tito’s n cran with a lime..
