I frequent this location and the past couple weeks it looks like they filtered out the old stff and got an entirely new staff which is the reason for this low rating. The staff is lacking in speed, customer service, and professionalism. The previous staff was excellent. They greated with a smile, were quick with orders, and seemed to work great together. The new crew lacks all of the above. Today I walked in and two stff members were arguing in a store full of customers. They all look like they have attitudes and/or hate their jobs. On a previous visit it took 10mins to receive my smoothie and then it was the wrong one and its probably because the cashier didn't seem confident at the register during lunch time. Read moreI have only eaten here twice. Both orders were missing items. Once it was the sweet potatoes and today it was the cookie. When calling the store to complain the associate Lexi proceeded to give every excuse why I had missing items from being out of a product being very busy or issues with the new people they were training. I mentioned that this would be the last time I would eat there she was completely okay with that and when I called the staff incompetent she hung up on me. Management needs to train their associates better. It is amazing to me how I paid for something that I never received and haven't even got compensated. As I said ate their twice. Read moreCame here today as a last ditch effort after the gym. Tired of the same old chipotle, figured a little smoothie and a panini would’ve done the body good. We looked to make sure they accepted tap to pay before arriving and ordering.. which is says they do.
So me and my partner both ordered a shake and paninis. The cashier helping us was nice. But, the tap to pay wasn’t working. So she went continued to make our food and shakes while the manager (I’m guessing) helped restart the computer. The manager then asks if we have cash because they kept receiving an error notice. Drinks and food finished, sat on the counter next to the register.
POS still not working. Left without the made drinks and food. Just a very weird and overall negative experience.
