I absolutely love this sushi restaurant! Every dish I tried was absolutely mouth-watering. The salmon avocado roll is a must-try for anyone who is a fan of sushi. The combination of the rich, buttery salmon with the refreshing avocado is one of the best sushi rolls I've ever had. The yellowtail jalapeño crudo is also a standout dish, with the perfect combination of spicy and savory flavors.
The selection of fresh nigiri was also absolutely outstanding, with each piece of sushi bursting with flavor. The miso soup was a warm, comforting and flavorful addition to the meal, while the seaweed salad added a refreshing, crunchy texture to the mix.
To top it all off, the edamame was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of salt for that perfect pop of flavor. The atmosphere of the sushi restaurant was also lovely, with a cozy and welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home.
Overall, I would highly recommend this sushi restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal that is full of flavor and character. From the gorgeous presentation of each dish to the exceptional taste and quality, this sushi...
Read moreEverything was spectacular here at Keiko Fish! By far the BEST sushi l've had in years. Tops my list for best sushi in Marin. But don't listen to me because I don't want it gaining too much popularity and becoming hard to get a table. lol. This place is pricey (honestly, worth every penny) so be careful when ordering because what's written on the white board/specials are sold by the piece not in pairs (which I think most are accustomed to) for this style is both brilliant and unfortunate. It's a great way to try new and unique pieces but not for your date, they don't get a bite. Trust me - this place is a superstar and I can't wait to indulge again soon. The staff was wonderful so friendly and knowledgeable even met the owner who's back behind the counter popping out fantastic dish after fantastic dish. Atmosphere is lovely, small, quaint and warm thanks to the open kitchen which also entertains the wondering eye. I wish I wasn't so obsessed with the food and remembered to take pics of all the dishes. (Only the first dish got photo opp.) Spicy Tuna on top of crispy rice, Avocado...
Read moreI was impressed by the freshness of all the ingredients, nori, fish, rice. I could not pay more but I was still hungry so I went another sushi place. There I got full, but the taste at Keiko is why you pay more. The authentic Japanese restaurant seems like it has died, as the cost of doing business is severe. There is no Japanese mood, Japanese chefs, but a few places have Japanese head waitresses. It is not the same as eating sushi in the old days. Nothing truly Japanese about sushi, served by Latinos, with classic jazz. Keiko is closer to authentic. Closer, expensive, still not really Japanese....
