Yikes. Save your money and go elsewhere. The only thing we could tell that was homemade was the cone which was cloyingly sweet (not a waffle cone but a large sugar cone, tasty but still much sweeter than a sugar cone). Possibly the worst sherbet I’ve ever had and enough artificial color to last me a lifetime. Other people’s cones were half filled (see pic) and we thought it could be Bryer’s ice cream but was actually too flavorless to be commercially made. What a steal for $8 apiece. Also not a fan of the service model— order at an iPad so a 14 year old can plop your ice cream on the counter and walk away. I can’t believe we tipped?! Who is running this place??? This place is such a disappointment!!! Very few flavors to choose from but has way more space for a bigger selection. They refuse to put a single scoop on a sugar cone, you have to pay an extra 2 bucks for a waffle cone. The staff NEVER says hello, is always on their phones or talking to each other, so basically zero customer service. I am sooooo disappointed with this ice cream place. I had waaaayyy higher hopes for ice cream shop choices in the twin cities. It’s better going to Mill Valley or SF for quality ice cream...

I love how you can pick any flavor you want and turn it into a milkshake. A mint chip milkshake is so rare! The texture of the milkshake feels like a massage in my mouth. Also I love how they let 15 year olds work there. Because there are limited jobs available for 15 year olds! One more thing I love is they have iPad's to order on. That saves time by having multiple iPad’s and not having one human stall the line depending on their performance and how long the line is. It’s also like a futuristic ice cream shop....
