Worst service ever the women that was at the cash register was very rude i don't remember her name but her name stared with an "E". I had called before to ask if they delivered to mill valley and she had said yes that the minimum was 25 dollars and that there was a 6 dollar fee for delivery so i told her was was going to call back. Few minutes later i called back and the same person answer and she said they did not deliver so i said i rather Order it and i was going to pick it up and i order and she had told me my order was going to be ready in 20 min so i got there 30 min later and my order was not ready she had me waiting an extra 30 min in the restaurant when my order was ready she just put the food in the counter and she did not tell me my food was ready until i got up and asked her is that my food is that all and she responded me back with "did you order something else i don't think so." So i immediately asked to speak to her manager and she said she was the manager and i told her how can somebody so rude and disrespectful be the manager this is and unacceptable place. Ordered food and a large Pizza, looked like it had been sitting for a long time, the mushrooms and bell peppers were flat on top of a sparing amount of dough that tasted like cardboard. I found bits of cardboard on the slices of pizza. I told him the bell peppers tasted horrible. He then Did Not put on gloves and he had handled money right before! He defended himself by grabbing the Bell peppers from the container and said, it doesn’t look rotten” (No wonder why the restaurant was closed in the past by County Health Department] Jack acted like he was doing me a favor for giving me a $15.00 towards another pizza. I had to paid again for another pizza that tasted like cardboard and was awful. By the way I ordered a different pizza and Jack was extremely rude, involving other customers into our debate to support him. Lack of customer service and mediocre judgment. At the end he only credited me $10.00 instead of $15.00 he lied. He has his right ear busy with a headphone while he’s taking orders, go figure… The restaurant needs better customer service skills and better hygienic standards, it looks pretty gross. Oh, come on, now! If you love the delicate flavor of a sour dough crust (their version for pizza), much like GOD made it, and it's as good as garlic bread being so soft yet crisp just right on the ends with the freshest toppings and a special tangy sauce that makes you stop and think, "How did they make this? Did they put red wine in it...it's that unique taste, yet....?" Then you absolutely MUST try their Pizza! No punch-hole markings under the crust, hell no! They use fresh dough. Please give this a shot! Miracle mile in San Rafael is take-out only/delivery, please remember this one isn't really the same as the real restaurants, I noticed a difference in quality with this separate chain.
