Arby's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Going thru the drive thru we first spoke with a female who was very pleasant & she took one order but didn't finish the size & drink then in the middle of talking to her the voice switched to a man who appeared to be in a hurry. After putting in our next order he said, "Will that be all?" & we told him that We wanted a medium chocolate shake with the first combo. He said,"You only got one combo!" We said we put in the first order with the female who was taking the orders before him. He said, "Well it's not on here so what else do you want?" We placed the order again & he said, "We only have coke products & our shake machine is down so you cn have any coke product!" I said,"Then make it a root beer." He said, "Just pull forward & I'll give you your total!" When we got to the window he was there trying to hand us our drinks before he got our money. We asked for a drink carrier & he went back inside & as he was handing our drink carrier to us he yelled back inside, "I am trying to hurry!" Then he went & got our food & gave it to us & once we got home this is what my Pecan Chicken Sandwich looks like. 😡 We spent $27.02 for a sandwich that has only 1/3 of the bread covered with pecan...

I went through their drive through last night and was their last customer before they closed for maintenance, I ordered a Reuben meal,a Beef and Cheddar meal, and a French Dip sandwich. When I got home I realized that they didn't give me a Reuben at all, what they gave me wasn't anything close to a Reuben it was a sandwich on a bun with some burnt roast beef, bbq sauce and an old burnt and hard piece of cheese, that I had to peel off of the side of the box. The sandwich they gave me was inedible, the Beef and Cheddar I got for my husband was just thrown together like they didn't care and couldn't get rid of me fast enough, so they could close 4 hours early. It only had a little bit of roast beef on one side and barely any Cheddar sauce, he only ate 1/2 of it. I tried to call them and they didn't answer the phone, even though they there doing "maintenance ". I paid $28.46 to only be able to eat curly fries for dinner. If you want to keep your customers coming back, you should provide better customer service and not give them old and inedible food, you should also give them...

The food is okay. The only problem I have is there could be no one in the Drive-Thru no one and it's not even a big order I had three sandwiches but they still had me Park further out than in the Drive-Thru window. Don't they understand that it takes more time to send someone out of the kitchen to deliver the food especially if it's not an order that's over $20. Do they really think the corporate offices don't realize by the numbers that they're doing this. It's like you paid and you drove off they know that it takes about 3 minutes to make food. Come on come on people. If you're reading this he knew the store manager you need to train your employees better. You ain't fooling anybody. So this is an update on 9/19/23 So the problem still exists you order $20 worth of food to make you wait up front.
