UPDATE: I've visited this restaurant several more times since I posted my original review and my rating still remains the same. I did, however, notice that this business removed the partitions in between the booths. Although it doesn't change the food quality, it did take away from the overall privacy. I've attached new photos to this review as well. I still recommend this restaurant to everyone. ---------------------------------------- I think my family and I have eaten here about 6 times now and I don't foresee us stopping anytime soon. Aside from constantly trying new sushi restaurants around the valley, we seem to come back here often because of the food quality, exceptional service, and close proximity to our residence. My daughter loves salmon and eel and she enjoyed all the rolls and nigiri they served here with those items. I, on the other hand, love ahi tuna and don't get into all those fancy shmancy sushi. For the tuna, I don't ever recall getting a bad tasting 🐟. Typically, I just get the tuna nigiri, spicy tuna roll, and that special garlic tuna - I love them all. As mentioned earlier, the food quality and service overall was and continuously seems to be outstanding here - we never had a bad experience here. Note to customers: If you get the chance, order the pork bao bun...I think I could brush my teeth with that entree. Ok, maybe not that drastic but it was damn good!! Thanks, Sapporo for the continuous great food and service!!

Walking in, it was so interesting, your eyes dart to so many things. To your right is the sushi section, where you sit by a moving track that has plates of sushi, usually four to a plate. Each one of these plates are $2.50 each, which, for the assortment offered is very reasonable. As you pick your sushi and finish it, you place your plate at the end of your table, when you're finished, your waiter will count the plates to determine your cost of the meal. I really like this option because we were able to try more of a variety of sushi instead of ordering full rolls and limiting our choices. If you do want full rolls, you also have that option. There is a touchscreen at your table where you are able to order appetizers, specialty rolls, traditional rolls, desserts or anything you'd like that isn't on the revolving tray. The options are pretty much limitless. To your left is the part of the restaurant that has seating around the chef making your meal and giving you a show. Of course, this side is more expensive, serving lobster, shrimp and steak. You do get a great show for the money. The restaurant is tucked into one of the Centennial Parkway strip malls, on the side where In-n- Out, Panda Express and Cane's are. Our waiter was Luke, he was very attentive and friendly, checking on us several times. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a date night, lunch, or the family going out to enjoy dinner and a show.

Good sushi! My sister suggested here for lunch while we were out shopping. We came in about 15 min after they opened the Thursday after Xmas. We were seated right away, but the place definitely started to get more people as we were eating. We ordered our drinks and away we went! What I liked about this place is that there are clear labels for what each plate is. I've been to places that had no labels for anything. It was $3.25 per plate, and we got about 7 plates. I had plates with the lobster roll, crunch roll, spicy garlic edamame, and dragon roll. A place like this is perfect for someone who can't do an all you can eat type of situation. I got to try lots of different things and didn't have to stuff myself. The rolls were really good and the edamame was super spicy to me but I loved them so dang much. They even had little autmated carts above the conveyer belt that brought separately ordered rolls to tables. There were screens on the table, and you can find a roll and order it or hit the info button and see a description of the roll, which is insanely helpful. I came home and told my husband we are definitely going to have to go back for dinner one day.

Title: Fantastic Dining Experience at Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Revolving Sushi

Rating: 🐼🐼🐼🐼

Review:

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Revolving Sushi, and I must say, it was an incredibly enjoyable experience. The restaurant offers a unique combination of traditional Japanese cuisine and a fun, interactive dining concept.

First and foremost, the food at Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Revolving Sushi was delicious. The revolving sushi concept allowed for a wide variety of options to be easily accessible, and the quality of the sushi was excellent. The freshness of the fish and the creativity of the rolls were definitely noteworthy. From classic favorites like salmon and tuna to unique rolls with inventive flavor combinations, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

The ambiance of the restaurant was vibrant and welcoming. The revolving sushi belt added an element of excitement and made it a fun experience to try different dishes passing by. The staff members were attentive and friendly, ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

However, the one aspect that prevented me from giving a full five-star rating was the necessity of going through a waiter to customize our order. Although an iPad was provided at each table for ordering, it only allowed selections that were not customizable. If we wanted to request a customized roll or make specific modifications to a dish, we had to rely on our server's assistance. While the waitstaff was accommodating and helpful, this extra step slowed down the process slightly.

Nonetheless, despite this minor inconvenience, the quality of the food and the overall experience at Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Revolving Sushi was exceptional. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the variety and freshness of the sushi options. The restaurant's commitment to providing a memorable dining experience was evident and greatly appreciated.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Revolving Sushi to any sushi lover or those looking for a unique dining experience. While the additional step of involving a waiter to customize orders can be a minor hindrance, the delicious food, vibrant ambiance, and friendly service more than make up for it. Visit Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse & Revolving Sushi for a memorable culinary journey that combines flavorful sushi with an enjoyable, interactive...

UPDATE: The restaurant would benefit from a new manager who is more actively involved in assisting the servers. Additionally, the new Teppanyaki chef needs to improve his attitude. We continue to visit because of Chef Brian, whose cooking is among the best in town, and we occasionally enjoy the creative sushi offerings.

Last night, my party of 12 had the most incredible teppanyaki experience at this restaurant, and I can't wait to share my excitement with you! Our skilled chef, Brian, who had recently joined the team, not only showcased impressive culinary expertise but also provided us with an unforgettable evening of entertainment. From start to finish, the entire dining experience surpassed our expectations.

Let's talk about the food – oh, the food! Every dish was prepared to absolute perfection, leaving us all in awe. The flavors were expertly balanced, and each bite was a delightful explosion of taste. From the sizzling meats to the delectable seafood, every ingredient was carefully selected and impeccably cooked. It's safe to say that our taste buds were taken on a remarkable journey, leaving us craving more.

But what truly set this teppanyaki spot apart was their ability to accommodate a large group like ours. The staff effortlessly handled our party of 12, ensuring everyone felt welcomed and attended to throughout the evening. The atmosphere was lively, and Brian's captivating performance added an extra layer of excitement to the dining experience. Laughter filled the air as he skillfully flipped and juggled ingredients, leaving us all amazed by his culinary prowess.

Whether you're planning a gathering with friends, a special celebration, or simply seeking an exceptional dining experience, this is the place to be. Trust me when I say that it's a must-try for anyone looking to indulge in the finest teppanyaki cuisine in town. While it may require a slightly higher investment, rest assured that every dollar spent is more than worth it. The memories made and the flavors experienced are priceless.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this remarkable teppanyaki restaurant. The combination of Brian's entertaining skills, the outstanding food, and the ability to cater to large groups make it an unbeatable choice. Don't miss out on this incredible dining adventure – make your reservation today and prepare...
