Capriotti's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Walked in and waited in line behind the next cutomer being helped by one of the many worker behind the counter, and never being acknowledged or welcomed I waited my turn. They had messed up the cutomers order in front of me so that caused a delay. After about 5 min waiting and grabbing 2 bags of chips they finally fix the ladys order in front of me and I moved up. During the waiting peroid another customer walked in, and one of the gals behind the counter said to the customer "Pick-up order" and the cutomer said "yes". So while I was still waiting to be helped and still being ignored they proceeded to help the customer who just walked in for her pick-up order. Being that I was in the way of them ringing her up, I stepped aside. After watching and waiting for apparently everyone else being helped it was finally my turn, since I was the only one left in there. All in all there was never a hello, a thanks for stopping in today. They just rang up my order and I was on my way. I come up here usually once a week to buy the bobbie. Service is usually excellent and fast and the food is always good. Its a Sunday night and I came by a little later than usual but still 40min before they closed. The young man told me as soon as I walked in they were out of rolls. I didnt realize that meant buns and asked if he could still make the bobbie. He responded sarcastically by saying "all our sandwiches use rolls" while rolling his eyes and looking at me with an attitude. That was unbelievably unprofessional and I wont be coming to this location anymore. I dont even mind that you're out of buns but talking to me in a condescending way like that is unacceptable. I ordered my sandwich online and went inside to pick it up. I was told to wait outside, so I waited outside. It was really hot Outside and I noticed a man go in order his sandwich and come out with it. So I went inside after looking for any signs that say you have to wait outside. There is not one. I went in and was told to wait outside again. I said its really hot outside and your picking and choosing who gets to wait inside. I got aggressively yelled and told to get out.
