Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Las Vegas

At 11:30PM February 3rd 2023 I tried to call them to specify for my pickup order to have no ice in my drinks and what sauces I would like for my fries, since those options are missing from app orders. It rang through to voicemail the first try, I tried again and I heard the “click” of them picking the phone up and setting it on the counter, not saying a word. Now I try to call and it’s a busy tone. So rude and unprofessional. When I get there I’m going to have to ask them to dump the drinks out and make them again without ice.

UPDATE: I cancelled the pickup order to just drive thru and order it myself. I got all the way home to find they messed up my burger and put Mayo on it, so I can’t eat it. I drove all the way back to Carls Jr so I could have my dinner, and Maria on the kitchen staff refused to remake it properly. My receipt even says no Mayo. She ruined my burger and refused to make it right.

You might wanna skip this one after 11pm. They'll act like they're gonna take your order then say the system is restarting it'll just be a moment. OK no problem. So you'll wait then after maybe 5 minutes they'll come back saying its not up yet. Again ok no problem. Well then they'll open the back door and stare you down because in actuality they really don't wanna take your order. You could've just said system is down I can't take your order instead of telling me it'll be "just a moment". You're better off going to the one on Rainbow & 95/Westcliff. That one has always been good. Its just a little farther then this one but man its worth the extra time if I'll at least get service. I work swing shift in a busy restaurant and would just love to get some quick freaking food. I guess that's just too much to ask from...

If all the fast food places Carls Jr is by far the most costly! We like the chicken tenders not the star shape nonsense but the chicken strips. They are pretty yummy with honey mustard! You would figure someone paying that much $ for 4 orders of chicken could at least get 2 sauces per order without being charged ... Not so! The customer service was nothing to write home about. I realize workers have other things to do but the customer should always come first! That means when a customer walks up to place their order unless you're with another customer you should drop whatever it is you're doing and accomodate that patron not the case here! I would really like to know how they stay in business bc there's never anyone in the lobby eating or otherwise. The food is good it's just overly priced waaaay...
