I want to share the customer service experience I had with this location on 12/23/22. With Representative A and B. I came in to purchase donuts. The young lady (with the flower in her hair) Rep A - So energetic and polite. She was super helpful and gave me excellent customer service. While she was ringing me up. Another woman approached (Rep B) and told her she needed to go on break. due to someone getting ready to leave . Rep A looked puzzled (she'd looked like right now, I'm in the middle of a transaction) . But Rep B was really adamant for her to leave. And this is happening in front of me. Rep A left, and B continued to process my payment. I was trying to enter my mobile number for the rewards. Since I updated my new number. I wasn't clear on what number to use. I explained that to Rep B, and in a condescending tone, She expressed that we already sent you to text messages regarding the rewards. I asked, "Do you know the number?" She said no, you need to put the app on your phone. I advised that I have a new phone. I asked if I could enter my email address. She replies, "No, next time, put the app on the phone." I was getting frustrated and upset with her attitude. I was thinking to myself, I will download the app later. I needed to get to my appointment. After I paid, rep B asked if I wanted a receipt (with aggression in her tone). I reply no and left. After my appointment, I came in to talk to the manager on duty to explain what happened. I asked if I could speak to her on the side. She just wanted to stay at the counter. I explained softly because I didn't want other customers to hear. She replied that due to staffing (a lot of people calling out sick )and they were busy, I couldn't have been problem. The manager knew who the young lady I was talking about was. I stated understand it's staffing problems and bbusy it can be overwhelming. However, I expressed that if Rep B didn't want to help me, she should have Rep A continued to process my payment. oretraining may need to be a factor. She apologized for the inconvenience. This needs to be made right. Needless to say, this is my 2nd time coming into this establishment. My first time, i didn't have a problem and had excellent service. Today, I received a call from the owner, Joepsh, and I was surprised. I just wanted to say thank you, Joepsh, for calling me directly regarding my experience. For you to take the time out from your busy schedule. Means the world to me. I thought nothing was going to happen. You went over and beyond to make every right. Also, you reassure me that the next time I come, I will have a wonderful experience. My opinion now is 10 stars in customer services. Thank...

I went-in on Tue., 2/26 with the intent of eating just a regular, classic glaze donut if they didn't have what I REALLY wanted, which was a Bavarian-creme-filled glaze donut (The yummiest EVERRR!), and they didn’t have one made, but I asked if they could ‘hook me up’, and they happened to have a couple extra empty shells that hadn't been filled, and sold yet, so they custom-made me a couple of those to-die-for donuts for me.
Filled with joy, I wound-up ordering a full dozen; a variety of some donuts I wanted to taste for the first time. It took me a few days to eat everything, but man, there wasn't ONE donut I didn't enjoy; they were ALL good. I ate my first giant braided(WTF?!) donut; it was sinfully-heavenly! Lol! I don’t recall their specific names, but the pink, and white coconut snowball was interesting - as was the chocolate donut with nuts, and the birthday cake donut that comes with cookie crumbles on top, but the banana-creme(?) donut was de-freakin’-LICIOUS; I joked with my friend that it was the healthiest donut in the box, because it had banana in it. Lol! I couldn’t eat everything in one day, and I didn’t share, so, the bonus for me was that the leftovers I ate over the following couple days were still freakin' soft! Wow!
I returned again Sat., 3/2; this time, though, they were packed with people, and out of glaze shells, so I couldn't get my custom donut again; I only ordered half a dozen (because they were out of a lot of other donuts that had sold-out earlier in the day, too); among them was a Cap’N Crunch bar donut (better than I expected, actually, and the texture brought the experience to a whole ’nother level!), a hazelnut chocolate donut (that must’ve been the most sinful one because of the frosting[?]-filling), a couple more of those ‘healthy’ banana-creme-filled donuts, a blueberry (softer than any I’ve ever tasted before), and a unicorn (I couldn’t see the unicorn, but that’s okay; I didn’t wanna look at it - I wanted to eat it! LMAO!).
I would like Pinkbox to put the prices of their donuts beside the creative nametags, because I can't remember which donuts cost how much, and in the end - I'm going to buy whatever I want to eat, but I don't want to have to talk about money by asking, and then try to remember. The half dozen I grabbed cost $9.00, but I didn’t get a receipt with my first order, I forgot to ask for it, and I paid cash, so I don’t know how much I paid, but I feel like it was less than $15.00 total.
My sugar-addiction has sealed my fate, and I look forward to...
Read moreNutella Face DoughCro: Pinkbox Doughnuts was established in 2012 with multiple locations now open in the Las Vegas area. They are known for their wildly creative doughnuts, witty marketing approach, and crazy interior store features. They are also the official doughnut partner of the Las Vegas Raiders and Golden Knights. Pinkbox's version of a Cronut (cross between a doughnut and a croissant) is dubbed a DoughCro. DoughCros come in a few different varieties, but I went with the Nutella. Pinkbox describes it as a glazed croissant doughnut filled with Nutella and topped with powdered sugar and drizzled with Nutella. Like their other offerings, it's a massively sized pastry. Taking my first bite, I was immediately impressed by the crunchy texture. I've had Cronuts before, and this had possibly the best texture of the three shops I've been to (including the revered Five Daughters Bakery and their "100 Layer" Doughnut). It was clearly a freshly baked pastry. They didn't skimp on the Nutella filling either. I also appreciated the generation amount of powdered sugar gracing its surface. Although the drizzle of Nutella on top adds a nice aesthetic touch, it also added a surprising amount of additional flavor. The combination of glaze, powdered sugar, and Nutella provided a sugary bliss. Did I mention that crunch!? I saved half of the DoughCro for my flight home two days later and it was still crunchy! Prodigious and Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews *Staff was also very friendly. I was a little disappointed that even though I arrived an hour within opening, they did not have the Holy Peanut Butter Doughnut available. I also wanted to order my doughnuts the day before but right before placing my order I saw a warning that the minimum order was six doughnuts and they had the right to cancel orders that did not follow the guidelines. I thought that was kind of crummy as I was only buying for myself and could not manage to eat more than three of their enormous doughnuts during my brief Vegas vacation. Five star doughnut, three stars for ordering options, four...
