Cuisine: 5/5 The star of Doja Sushi is undoubtedly its menu, which offers an inventive twist on traditional sushi while staying true to its roots. Each dish is a masterpiece, showcasing the freshest ingredients and masterful technique.
Appetizers: The crispy tempura was light and airy, the miso soup rich , and the simple edamame was the best I've ever eaten.
