Dunkin' — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I’m at the store almost every morning for my coffee and every time I come in contact with this one employee he has a massive attitude so he obviously doesn’t like women ! He’s an overweight Spanish gentleman looks like he might be in his mid-30s and when I went through today he actually dropped my sandwich and then picked it up and put it back in the bag and basically tossed it out the window at me when I drove around the corner to check my food the hashbrowns that I ordered were stuck to each other because they were so saturated in oil and the sandwich was stuck to the paper basically cheese and egg stuck to the paper no top part of the croissant sandwich and the bottom part wasn’t even attached to the sandwich. So I parked and I went back in. There was a woman with two children there and I waited for a while because two of them were doing drive-through and the younger gentleman was doing the counter very sweet and when I got up to him he took care of everything for me I showed him the sandwich he was very polite very apologetic nice young black man With a great attitude. The problem that I had was that the man who gave me my sandwich originally remade my sandwich gave me nothing but attitude because he snatched it from the young gentleman that was at the counter remade it brought it back out to me and when I told him that I did not get refunded for my hashbrowns I wanted to munchies and he rolled his eyes at me and threw them into a bag and basically toss the bag at me and when I told him that he shouldn’t be so upset it wasn’t a big deal he told me he wasn’t upset rolled his eyes and said I’m busy. Lmao! He drops my food that I have paid for and I want it made over because it was basically destroyed And he’s giving me attitude and spoke to me like trash. Normally I would let this just roll off but every time I go in and I have this gentleman serve me he finds it necessary to be very rude and disrespectful towards me but it’s OK for me to drop money into their so-called donation bucket why should I tip somebody for treating me like garbage I’m actually in the food and beverage industry so I guess my customer service skills are just a little more advanced than his because he doesn’t seem to think that guests should be treated with respect. It’s very sad that I have to go to these extremes but I figured I go to the store like I said three times a week sometimes even 4 to get my coffee so I’m not just a once in A while customer and I believe I deserve an apology. It’s people like that jerk that gives us people in food and beverage a bad name he needs to learn but customer services and if he can’t do his job then maybe he should look for...

I am not alone saying this gotta be one of the worst Dunkin Donuts around. Unfortunately it's close to my church so I keep stopping there. They usually run out of product early, service is terrible, tables dirty. There is an open bathroom.

I went yesterday and wanted a Jelly Donut and a hot coffee. I ordered. They were out of Jelly Donutes so I ordered 5 Munchkins. Female with very long nails takes my order. The amount seems high I ask her about it she confirms its correct. I pay. She starts making a cold coffee. I'm like no I wanted hot. She argued with me that I told her I wanted a COLD coffee. I'm like I guess it was a misunderstanding (I 99 % drink hot coffees. I said no such thing).

I did not receive a refund as the cold coffee is more expensive. I left and the coffee tasted old and burned. I noticed the light on the coffee makers were red and blinking as I was standing there and I wondered if that had any meaning I guess it does.

I took the corporate survey as well and waiting for a callback.

I've been to this location many times before (as I said location)and it is rarely a pleasant experience. A disgrace to the Dunkin brand. One time a young gentleman was the only one in the store. He did the best he could, but was obviously overwhelmed. I think I just left that day.

A couple of weeks ago I came to this coffee place and the guy that handed me the drink was using one of those tooth floss and picking things. It was just so gross to know that he was gonna hand me my coffee without washing his hands. Today I went through the drive-through and asked for the Nitro cold brew and they handed me a really warm and really bitter coffee. It's supposed to be smooth. I came back around and went inside and asked if I could just get the original blend and the girl was really was so unattentive to what she was doing. I asked for 2 sugars and 2 creams and she starts by putting 2 pumps of liquid syrup and then realizes that I wanted sugar packs and add another 2 sugars to my drink. 4 total. I had to call her out on it so she remade the drink, again. When she added the ice a second time she did it in such a hurry that literally half of the Cup was ice water and all I could do is watch her as she poured coffee into half a cup of water. I didn't want to correct her a second time but the employees are pretty bad. The first employee was a tall black guy with dreads and tonight's employee was a black girl with white beads in her hair. Plus, I guess they close at 7, not 8. You should fix that because I would hate coming here thinking it's open.
