Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I still like starbucks, especially since this location has hidden fees, not like starbucks. What you paid is what you get. I don't know if this is the only store that has hidden fees or every store of dutch bros. I bought a large ice caramelizer and asked if I could have the ice on the sides.Specially every store put ice more than the drinks itself. Then, when I received my order, I was shocked that my order was only 3/4, not full. They were saying that's my order w/o the ice. So, if I ordered the large one without ice, they would charge me extra. Really!!! That's the only time I heard those BS! Never in my life I paid for the ice. It's a customer rights if they want ice or not in their drinks. Crew member was so rude and called me LIAR that I'm just making my story when I told her I always ordered the same thing without any...

So I really do love Dutch Bros, but as a customer who is the one paying I will never ever understand why places get rid of the stuff that we as customers love, like we are the ones paying so why not keep the stuff that we all like, I know that the cookie butter flavor is for fall season but honestly for how many people that love it, it really should be a flavor all the time, also why get rid of the lemon poopy seed muffin top like I will never get why these places get rid of the good stuff. Like hello again we are paying customers so give us what we want idk why that’s so hard. It’s so weird. I love Dutch, I love the service, I love the drinks, this is the only time I’ve been disappointed because I think they put Red Bull in my lemonade drink. I get the lemonades bc Red Bull gives me such bad heartburn and makes me feel so sick and that is exactly how I felt after drinking my drink tonight. I also didn’t smell it before but after I smelled the drink once I started feeling bad it smelled exactly like Red Bull and I feel terrible. Again I love Dutch bros and it is very possible that I’m wrong but just in case I’m wrong pls make sure y’all are being careful! Especially cause it made it even harder to tell if it was Red Bull or not because I got it blended so I wasn’t able to recognize if it was Red Bull or not...
