Rivas Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Ordered tonight, I can honestly say.. I wouldn't order again, these cheese enchiladas were COLD! The steak nachos the steak was hard and extremely chewy, as well as DRY.. I've had them before and they were actually pretty good. However tonight, I wouldn't give it to my Dog! I've never in my life had cold enchiladas nor have I had chewy, dry, streak nachos. This was a huge waste of money and I'm not sure how they even remain open! I ordered off of Grub Hub and I can honestly say I regret ordering from Rivas Mexican Grill. Cold food, streak nachos is the worst I've ever had in my life. I don't think anyone would enjoy cold food nor dry chewy steak nachos that were also cold! Disgusting and a waste of our money big time! EDIT: Tonight 12/3/22 I ordered 2 enchilada dinners. I use to order the dinner all the time. But the Enchilada sauce is disgusting. My Fiancee couldn't even eat it. It taste like tin from a can. The rice was just as bad. I will NEVER EVER order from them again! The worst Mexican food I’ve ever had in my entire life. No lie the enchilada sauce taste like the sauce from SpaghettiOs in the can. I’m serious. They are one of those Mexican restaurants that give you “old hard chicken” in your enchiladas. They wouldn’t even put pico on my hard shell chicken tacos. They wanted to charge me to put Pico on my tacos. Cheap thieves. And they actually gave me enchiladas with the cheese not melted on top I’ve never seen that before. Even the green salsa was horrible the rice was nasty the beans tasted like they’ve had been made weeks ago. When I asked him why isn’t my cheese melted he totally ignored me and couldn’t care less. They are all about making money instead of customer satisfaction. Below average food. Below average standards. Who are these people who gave them good reviews? I will never go back there ever again. Absolutely disgusting. Oh yeah and their pineapple drink tastes like sugar with a small amount of pineapple. I told him it looked like a lemonade because it was not the color of pineapple juice. I come here frequently and never have had an issue until today. My boyfriend went into Rivas and ordered two burritos and fries. My burrito was supposed to have beans, rice, cheese, and chicken simple right.... WRONG. The burrito was all wrong it had rice chicken and pico ONLY. No beans and no cheese and they added pico. I love 15 minutes away but was even willing to come in and I asked if he would replace my one burrito. I DIDN’T EVEN ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK. He told me no that he can’t replace my order and it’s my boyfriends fault for not ordering right and he will make me a new burrito but I will have to pay full price for it. It’s hard for me to believe my boyfriend placed the order incorrectly when 1. We come weekly. 2. It’s never been wrong before. 3. I order the same thing each time.
