Fred's Tavern — Restaurant in Las Vegas

July 2024 today the Manager told me she didn't care how I felt or if I ever came back. I didn't ask to speak to her she saw me go outside to say something to the owner and instead of asking what was wrong or whatever Her first words were "I don't care how you feel or if your ever come back." There is a lot wrong and I was really upset today and the manager just made it 100 times worse. I've been a loyal customer for almost 7 years I use to go 2 or 3 times a day but this past year it hasn't been the same but I was starting to go more often again but after today I can't go back there. The manager has never been friendly but after what she said I won't go back. There's been several things recently that have upset me but I would have gotten over it. I don't recommend this place if you want to go a friendly stress free bar to relax. This bar has become one of the most unfriendly places to go. Maybe I don't spend enough money there anymore to be treated respectfully but the other bars i go to treat me with respect. In all fairness there are some great bartenders there like laura, maria, kerry crystal and mark and i im going to miss them but when the manager treats you like an inconvenience and tells you she doesnt give a ?!?!? About how you feel it doesnt make for a good experience. im not going to go into the things that origially upset me because right now all i can think about is how unprofessional and ridiculous the manager acted. She could have easily defused the situation instead she escalated it. And for the record i i only had one beer and one drink, I wasnt an out of control drunk and I very rarely get as upset as i was today. Although the new manager doesn't care if the customers get falling down drunk which she proved not long ago and doesnt show any concern how the person would get home. Nor does she care about even helping with any type of customer service. After all this happen today the bartender went to the restroom i was waiting to cash out and leave when a customer rang the bell the manager just looked and turned and walked away. even though i was upset i still cared more about freds customers than the manager did. I went and opened the door so he wasnt standing out in the heat and i let him know the bartender would be right with him. Maybe that wasnt in her job description but as manager when one of the employees isnt available the very least she could do is open the door and let a paying customer in. I guess she doesnt want to concern herself with any Customers!

One more thing to jr. Im sorry this happened today i didnt realize it was a special day for you, i would have refrained from saying anything today. Im sincerely sorry for that. The last thing you needed to deal with was an irrate customer. Below is part of my old review i wish it was still like that at freds.

June 2023, I keep updating my review but I keep finding more good things to say about Fred's 1. Crystal and Laura are the best they work hard to accomodate everyone. They really care about their customers. Now Fred's has a new owner and I wasn't looking forward to any changes but Jr. Has made a lot of of good changes that has made Fred's even better. And of course Fred's 1 still has the best bartenders in Las Vegas. Nobody is better than , Laura, Crystal , Cisco, and Maria( and of course LOUIE, who will always be in my heart and never forgotten! ) I definitely recommend Freds 1 under new ownership. They have new ways to win Freeplay daily and weekly and are still doing the old give ways too. Fred's 2;is now serving breakfast and Fred's 1 added PEPSI AND FRIED PICKLES to their menu. So it proves Jr. Listens to his customers!! I actually wish I could give more than 5 stars because it is new...

I would give this place 1 star because of management but the bartenders are great. For 5 years I came here everyday sometimes 2 or 3 times a day but ohen the new manager said she didn't care if i ever came here. And there wasn't any reason for it. She thought I was upset which I was but I hadn't said anything. I'm sure she was just afraid I would report what I heard her say. So I was never going to go back but I miss Laura, Kerry, Maria and Crystal. Fred's is the best neighborhood bar. It was sold almost a year ago and the new owner is great. He has added a couple more weekly and daily giveaways and kept the old ones too. And he takes the time to listen to what people want and acts on the suggestions. Louie, Laura and Shawna are the best bartenders in Vegas. Tiffany, Maria and Gloria are great too. The new manager is very friendly and goes out of her way to make sure her customers feel welcomed. I also feel very safe there. There's rarely an issue but if there's any problem at all they handle it quickly and always makes sure everyone is safe and feels comfortable. I wish I could give them more than...
