Sushi Culiacan in Las Vegas offers a unique blend of traditional Japanese sushi with a Mexican twist, creating a dining experience that’s both intriguing and delicious. If you’re looking for something different from your usual sushi spots, this place is definitely worth a visit. The menu at Sushi Culiacan is full of creative sushi rolls that incorporate bold flavors and ingredients you might not typically associate with sushi, like spicy salsas, fresh fruit (oranges/strawberries/kiwis), and even chiles. The fusion of flavors is well-balanced, making each bite an exciting blend of both worlds. One of the standout rolls I tried was the Culiacan Roll, which was packed with flavor and had just the right amount of spice. The freshness of the fish combined with the bold, zesty toppings made it a memorable dish. While the fusion approach might not be for everyone, if you’re open to trying something new, Sushi Culiacan delivers a tasty and fun experience. It’s a great spot to visit when you’re in the mood for sushi with a twist, and I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their...

Read moreDon’t come here or at least don’t come here and order TO GO they will rip you off!! I ordered a plate that was $26.99 and was suppose to have, according to the server, 15 pieces of shrimp and 15 pieces of callo de hacha. I ordered this TO GO when I got home and opened my plate I only had 8 pieces of shrimp and 10 pieces of callo de hacha. A couple pieces of cucumber and very little purple onion. And lastly it wasn’t spicy at all very little flavor... So I call them to ask for a refund and they ask me how many it had - I hear the cook in the back and he repeats that it should have around 15 pieces of each (shrimp and callo de hacha). And then they just hang up! I call again and they said they hung up cause they didn’t hear me say anything anymore. But that plate was served correctly and there’s nothing they can do. Remember — Don’t come here or at least don’t come here and order TO GO they will...
