Perform and Recover Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Las Vegas

As somebody who never leaves reviews, I had to for this one. Visiting Las Vegas for work this past week, I finished up my morning run on Wednesday and was craving fresh fruit, specifically an acaí bowl.

After a quick Google search, I saw Perform and Recovery Smoothie Bar had 5 Stars so I decided to drive four miles and check it out. And it did not disappoint.

Carlo & Blanca went above & beyond to make sure my bowl was satisfactory and provided the utmost hospitality. Prior to arriving, I did not know that the smoothie bar was attached to a gym. I look forward to lifting here as well next time I visit Las Vegas.

Real, freshly prepared juices to order! This place is an outstanding way to infuse your whole body with a nutrient-dense, chlorophyll-cleansing flush! The juices and smoothies can come with protein, both whey and plant based.

The flu shot (ginger-cayenne) was fire 🔥! I asked for heavy-on-the-cayenne, and she delivered. What an awesome shot!

Even the coffee drinks were amazing! This is a great independent shop and free of the grossly over sweetened, corn syrupy flavorings so many coffee palaces resort to.

Tried the Carlo Smash at Perform and Recovery Smoothie Bar and it was absolutely delicious! Packed with 60g of protein, greens, creatine, and glutamine, it’s a calorie-dense option that really feels like a full meal.
