I’ve visited Noodle King on Sahara in Las Vegas before and have come to expect exceptional service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was far from acceptable. After finishing my meal, I waited nearly 20 minutes for any sign of assistance to pack my leftovers and receive the check. I eventually had to flag down my waitress—who, notably, is a tall Asian female with a distinctive black bun—yet she appeared more engaged in conversation with another table than in addressing my needs. Although she returned with the check, an additional six minutes passed without providing a to-go box. This level of neglect and inattentiveness is disappointing, especially when one is paying for quality service. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot in good conscience recommend...
Read moreSO NASTY AND WAYYY TO EXPENSIVE. But that’s not all. I paid $47.52 for orange chicken beef noodles and shrimp fried rice. The rice is mushy. the noodles and rice has no taste. And this is NOT even orange chicken. Yes they lied to me. They obviously ran out of orange sauce so they make sweet-and-sour chicken and called it orange chicken with absolutely no sauce on the chicken. When I feel like I am cheated and lied to I get real angry. I asked the lady for some orange sauce and she brings me a red sweet-and-sour sauce that taste like ketchup. This proves that they do not have orange sauce for their ORANGE CHICKEN. I called them twice and they act like they don’t understand what I’m saying then she finally says oh not orange chicken. This also proves that you CANNOT TRUST reviews. I would never recommend this food. I should have gone to panda express even though I am not crazy about their food as well but their orange chicken is indeed orange chicken. People will do anything to make a buck, including lying and cheating their customers. They made me so angry. No wonder she offered me a bottled water because she knew they were cheating and lying to me. Not to be gross, but I had to use the restroom immediately after eating this food. Not a good sign. I hope they did not food poison me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not waste your...
Read moreFound this place because I'm in my noodles era (craving all noodles, all the time!!). I'm also trying to be nice to my bank acct, so if we're being super honest, the menu prices were what drew me in. We ordered the large Hot n Sour soup (big enough for 6-8 people to have as an appetizer, or for 2 people to split with nothing else needed). The flavor of that soup was more complex than expected and MAN IT WAS SO FRICKIN GOOD!!! The delicious ribbons of egg swirling amongst the little pieces of mushroom and the creamy texture of the small bits of tofu were just chefs kiss! We also got the chicken egg fried noodles which has a great portion size. The chicken is cooked perfectly so tender and moist, the noodles were SO GOOD!! Flavor on point!! Lastly we got the orange chicken, which was also good (portion size and flavor wise).
Our server spoke very little english, which I did not view as a problem, but I am both well versed in this type of food AND do not have any allergies that would require me to need to ask about ingredients, etc.
The restaurant decor was nothing special, but it was clean.
I also wanted to mention that I had no GI distress from this food, so I'm a...
