Placed order online for delivery. The order did not get delivered. Called store. They claimed the order was for pick-up. My order showed delivery. Since the order was sitting for 45 minutes, we requested a new order for delivery. They said it would be another hour or longer. We said we would pick it up but wanted a refund for delivery charges and driver tip. We got to the store, and they had not remade the order. They canceled the order and said they refunded the order. Refund receipt showed for amount of order not including the delivery charge and tip. They said that is all that was charged. I showed them my order in my account that showed the full amount. I showed them the text from my credit card company showing the full amount. They told me to call my bank and dispute it. Ridiculous. They refused to make us a new order. We had to go somewhere else for dinner. This is on my son's birthday. Ruined the entire evening. I will never go there again. They had no remorse. They made no attempt to make it right.
