Santina's New York Pizzeria — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Edit for the first time in my life, an owner not only went in to their establishment to help their staff, but read my review and personally called me. That kind of service is exceptional. She offered to make it up to me quite a few times. I’m not interested in taking money from a new brick and mortar business though. I just wanted to say that, even if I walked in on their worst night, running a business with that amount of class and personal responsibility is incredible. Upping the location to 4 stars, service to 5. Will try this place again. Thank you Santina.

Called in an order for pick up? Stopped getting hung up on after the fourth call. I did call after getting hung up on with a busy tone for three minutes so that was fun. When I ordered for pick up I was not given a total and had to ask for one, and she seemed very annoyed when I asked her for a total. When I arrived at the location it was cramped, busy and unorganized. It took 40 minutes to get my order, not the 15 to 20 minutes that I was estimated over the phone and I understand these things happen but if you tell me it’s gonna take 40 minutes then I will leave my house in 35 minutes. They had a new employee working today who is lovely and doing his best, but the person working the cash register would not let him accept my payment so it took 10 minutes for me to be able to pay for my order. On August 11th we ordered for pick up at 6:15 pm check 72- a medium margarita and a medium supreme. Our bill was over $50 and it was the WORST pizza I have ever seen. The pizza crust was paper thin and so soggy we had to toss it out. In addition to the crust issues the meat toppings were scarce and the vegetable toppings were not fresh. Whoever is giving this place 5 stars must be family or friends or paid influencers don’t believe the reviews and 4.8 score! Trust me it’s no 4.8 pizza.

Prior to this take out order I had eaten here about 12 times- where I had the pizza slice lunch special. The pizza was always good- I guess they are trying to cut costs and are buying cheaper flour and ingredients resulting in this horrible pizza order. Save your money and go to Dominos for $20 at least you get some consistency and value for your hard earned $$$. We will never return to this place- so sad as we live nearby and prefer to frequent family owned non chain businesses.

I was excited to try this place near my house with their many vegan options, but what i ordered was just okay. I’ll have to try their other vegan stuff too just to give a fair chance cuz i appreciate places with vegan options. I had their vegan cheese pizza with garlic added and it was very underwhelming in my opinion. I have had a lot of vegan pizzas and this was near the bottom of them. The whole pizza was bland with the sauce being oddly sweet..? it was just meh🤷‍♀️ The garlic on top is the only other flavor i could really taste. Their vegan garlic knots were good, but I would have liked more garlic on it cuz it was more like knots than garlic knots. The place seems like a good place though and i’ve been a doordasher for them once and the order i delivered smelled really good so im thinking it may just be the vegan pizza itself than the actual place! I’ll have to update my review once i try their other vegan items. I don’t wanna lose hope cuz i really appreciate businesses that try to offer...
