Starbucks — Restaurant in Las Vegas

My girlfriend and I are here to gamble and wanted to pick up coffee. They close at 10 on Wednesday's (one of our days off.) We walk up at about 9:55PM. As soon as we get to the front he says to us "I'm done and all I have is coffee"... We said "okay, that's fine." We then promptly leave. We're upset and writing a review without even experiencing this starbucks because he predetermined we would get something else rather than coffee. He didn't greet us with a hello or say anything else. All this "heavyset caucasian male barista with glasses" did was judge us because we are young and he thought we we were going to get frappuccinos or something else he just didn't want to make. What a terrible way to lose a customer you've never even had. I'm upset because i know it's impossible for him to not have anything else when he should have frappuccino roast to make frappuccinos and should have iced coffee and at least one espresso machine on until the point of closing. How do I know? I'm currently a barista of 5 years at Starbucks. He lied and told me "I got nothing else." You're right. With that attitude and customer service you'll be soon out of a job. I use to love going to this location especially when Sebastian was here. The only person who can make drinks properly is Julio,! The turnover with employees is big and I spend a lot of money and tired of having them re-make. I think they need way more training. They also do not clean the tables often enough I am always wiping a table down when I sit. The four stars are for location and Julio who is fantastic. They are open until midnight on Friday's. And you can use your App at this location. Also, a 👤 said they were out of a mix to make her 🍺 very rare. Another 👤 said it is Starbucks what is not to ❤️? Well, if they do not know how to make some drinks than that becomes an ⚠️ issue. Usually happens where there is a huge turnover. Since this post, they have been wiping tables...

Worst Starbucks! I wanted to order the Coconut Macchiato, but the guy taking the order acted like he didn't know what I was talking about so I ordered something else because I didn't want them to screw up my drink. Since it's the holiday season I ordered a Peppermint Mocha. As they are making it they tell me I'm lucky because my drink is the last one they can make because they are out of what they need to make more drinks like the one I ordered. Anyway, I get the drink, which is a Venti, and it doesn't taste like any coffee is in it. I asked them if they put coffee in it and the response was not confident.... At this point, I no longer care and just don't want to waste my time with this place. I won't ever get coffee from this...
