Fatburger — Restaurant in Las Vegas

My family and I have been visiting this Fatburger for several years now and I have to say, this place is just phenomenal. I enjoy coming here because this restaurant reminds me so much of my all-time, favorite burger place (Whataburger). Not to mention, since we're frequent customers to the Santa Fe Station property, it's helpful in having a top quality burger place within the vicinity.

My visits to this fast-food restaurant have been up and down with respect to customer service and food quality; however, the majority of my visits have been on the positive side. It was amazing and most appreciated that this restaurant decided to remodel after several years in business. Needless to say that it was well due for that upgrade, and the results were outstanding. The prices here are somewhat questionable - I am always amazed (not necessarily in a good way) on how expensive the burgers are here. I mean, I know you get what you pay for, but I think it could be reduced by a couple dollars? Oh well, as long as my health and bank account can withstand eating here, I'll continue to visit once in a while.

My family and I have tried several things on their menu; the Medium (Original) Fatburger, Large (Kingburger), Turkeyburger, Western Bacon BBQ Burger, Kid's Small Fatburger, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Skinny Fries, Fat Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, Homemade Onion Rings, Chili Cheese Dog, Chocolate Milkshake, Strawberry Milkshake, Vanilla Milkshake, and the Maui Banana Milkshake. I don't think there's one item that I can point out that is just horrible. Well, I can't say I'll ever try a vegan burger at a "traditional" burger place - sorry, that is just not for me. Also, I'm sure I share the same opinion in wishing certain foods weren't as bad for you - that Maui Banana Milkshake is truly magnificent!

One of the key highlights to this restaurant was during my recent visit (Nov 2023). I decided to stop in to get a quick bite to eat, since I haven't eaten here in several months. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Medium (Original) Fatburger, and Fat Fries (see attached pictures). The food was excellent as always, but the thing that created a "WOW moment" for me was the customer service. I don't normally highlight employees at a fast-food restaurant unless something significantly stood out, well, that "something" occurred. The employee, Stacci, was truly extraordinary; her friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail were far superior to the majority (probably over 96-98%) of Las Vegas fast food workers in this city...and I genuinely mean that! I was appalled at how efficient Stacci was during that visit. I've never had an employee bring the food out to me during all the times I've eaten here. Also, I don't think I've ever seen my food tray so meticulously organized and well laid out as I did when I was here. These are attributes in a fast-food restaurant employee that this country is missing these days and should use Stacci as THE employee that others should emulate. I would even go on saying that other sit-down restaurants could learn a thing or two from her.

Overall, this burger place is good and I highly recommend this restaurant...

One of your employees despicable behavior should be brought to your attention.

Chantanay. ( not sure about the spelling ) She's a young girl that works at your location. She has an extremely rude disposition and attitude about her employment.

Many people would be greatfull in this economy to have any decent job.

She complains about having nothing to do, having a terrible boss who she feels is annoying, mean, inconsiderate, etc. Who actually expects her to do work! Imagine that. She complains about the lack of customers coming to the business and how pushy the boss/ owner is about a list of things all pertaining to work.

Perhaps a gloomy or bad disposition can also attribute to potential clients going elsewhere. Pleasant and friendly employees can help bring in customers.

If I was the owner of this business I would definitely want to know who was working for me. Replace her with a pleasant, grateful employee that will improve your business not hurt it instead. Just my thoughts.

Sadly this place is extremely over priced for the quality & quantity of food! The burgers were sloppy & I can make a better one at home myself (I’m not a good cook). It truly resembled the ingredients I could find myself at the grocery store but a little worse. Think food from the stand at a high school baseball game. The fries were clearly not fresh & also came in a very small quantity! Mind you for 2 meals ( burger, fries, and drink) and then 1 extra burger we paid $65!! This is not a sit down restaurant may I add! It’s in a dirty loud casino that sits inside a food court next to a Panda Express. The only reason I gave one stars, was because the lemonade was half decent…oh, and because you can’t give zero lol.
