The female night shift sucks. They look you up and down and look like they are miserable and hate there job. They also don't know how to cook the food ordered or if they do its half fast and done the lazy way. The men that cook during the day are awesome I order food when they are there and it's perfect and they make my pizza great with perfect amounts of topping and my potato wedges with cheese and bacon awesome! They actually take there time with the wedges and put them in the container, melts the cheese as it's melting they top my fries with bacon, take the cheese out and pour it on and top it with more bacon. But again.... This is the second time!!!! On my wedges, this older red headed woman and I'm pretty sure her night manager watched her do this, she put my fries and cheese and bacon on a sheet of paper and into the oven and managed to over cook my wedges and burn not only my bacon! But the potatoes and cheese to in areas! And stillll gave them to me. What's worse is she had to ask the manager who should have told her in the first place how to do it if she just scoops it in the container? She literally said what now? Just scoop It in there? And I even said something to the front cashier and she just was all uhuh uhuh and could care less, she didn't even know how much hot coco was when I asked her and responded with a annoyed tone Before this situation when I asked her. Again, only night shift do I ever feel the negativity! And the only time my food gets messed up and it's the same people. And the woman told me "nice and fresh" and it tasted awful. Literally feel like it was a old batch and they re heated it and burned it. And had very...
Read moreI don't care for this store and its for good reason. Now I understand that loitering is a problem at some establishments, and I understand that in some cases they can drive business away. This is a different situation, I was nearly standing outside smoking a ciggarett by my bike, and all of the sudden I'm greeted by three squad cars with two cops and a piece. The two ladies that were working in the store tell the police that I walked around the corner and was messing with the side door of the establishment as to I don't know break in. I cannot I commence to tell the police that I did not do that in fact I never moved from the spot that I was standing at in front of your establishment and if they didn't believe me there was cameras all over the place and they should check them. Then to put icing on the cake one of the ladies inside told the officers that they didn't want me there anymore they wanted a trespassing order put on me because I I frightened them. Now not only did I not commit a crime not only did I not move from the spot that I was standing but I never did not one threatening gesture inside outside or around the establishment whatsoever for that lady to say that I frightened her. Now I agree with the new store but they should at least employee honest employees. If you've actually read this whole thing thank you because you are the only person who has decided to listen play the story of the wrong that I've been done. Thank you...
Read moreWhere to start. We moved here a few months ago and I love Casey's pizza used to get it all the time when I lived in Missouri. My family is very specific about the pizza cut. Chicagoans like there pizza I'm squares. I always ask for this and when I order online I put in all caps PLEASE CUT PIZZA'S IN.SQUARES. Every single time they can't even get this simple request done. Then you ask for manager and they act stupid . They don't measure out sauce correctly either. I know I used to be an assistant manager at Casey's. This store in particular never have stocked coolers as well. They need new management asap. This store gives...
