I placed a mobile order for 1/2 dozen donuts. It’s Mother’s Day, so I wasn’t shocked that they were out. I asked them nicely for a refund and Laz gave me attitude. I went inside to see if the manager could do anything for me, and she told me she could either refund me or I could wait an hour or so so they could make more. I decided to do some other things and kill an hour since she was super nice and understanding about it. Over an hour later I go to the drive through and Laz is there again giving me attitude and basically acting like I’m stupid for coming back. He said something along the lines of, “Like I told you earlier, we’re OUT OF DONUTS.” At this point I’m getting upset because the manager told me to come back and was super nice about it so I go inside ready to ask for a refund. I barely got two steps into the door when another employee (brown hair and glasses and AirPods in both ears) screamed at me that they were out of donuts. I mean it literally too, and he was waving his hands around like I was blind. He then got into a screaming match with one of his other coworkers until the same manager came out and politely told me they were waiting on the last donut being frosted for my order. So to the manager wearing a blue polo with dark hair, thank you for your kindness and help. As for the rest of the staff, you all should be ashamed. It’s uncalled for to treat customers that way, especially on a holiday and you know nothing about the people stopping by. If I want to go to Dunkin, from now on I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to go to Greensburg. The service I received, other than the manager, was absolutely awful and sickening. Whoever the general manager is needs to have a serious conversation with their employees because they will continue to lose customers if they continue to allow their employees to treat customers in the manner they did...
Read moreDunkin’ Latrobe has lost a loyal customer today. I go to this location 5-7 days a week. I spent at a minimum $50 weekly. Today I went in to explain that two days ago I ordered on the mobile app but when I came to the store it was dark inside and the lights were off so I left, understandably assuming that they were closed. While explaining the situation to the an employee, Amber, who I believe is the manager, treated me very poorly and as if I was stealing a less than $5 coffee from them. She reluctantly and with a hostile attitude allowed an employee to re-make my drink. After years of being a loyal customer, I have decided not to return. I will go to the new coffee shop, 512 coffee and ice cream on Ligonier street In Latrobe instead. They serve their coffee with a side of customer service which is great for a loyal...
Read moreI only go here maybe once every other month, my drink is never made right. The ingredients are literally on the slip, stamped to the drink. I’m not sure how much simpler the process could be. I’m usually 1 out of 2 cars in line so they can’t use the “busy hours” excuse. Any time I’ve gotten hot food, it’s usually cold. The egg yolk just falls out like it’s undercooked. Which I'm not sure how since it’s premade sandwiches, nuked in the microwave on-sight. I know this review will NOT be taken seriously. I just wanted to shed some light from these 5-star reviews that do not actually represent the establishment. While also venting some frustrations of multiple...
