I moved here almost 2 years ago and this is one of 3 dunkin’s I have near my house with this one being the closest but let me tell you how its the WORST. From the wait times to it not being worth waiting cause the food/coffee you receive is BAD. with that being said I avoid coming to this one. You can put an order in 20 mins ago and you arrive and it’s not ready like I don’t understand, is this location trained differently than the others? if something is not available or they don’t have the type of syrup you want for your coffee they just give you the drink without it and don’t say anything unless you complain. I ordered a coffee with 3 french vanilla and one caramel pumps my usual order and I get in my car and it was sooooo bad so I go back in and ask if they put my syrups or maybe the coffee is burnt and the lady says “oh im sorry we doing have french vanilla”, i respond “well this taste terrible can I have a whole new coffee with 3 pumps of all caramel then” “it would have been nice to be told and given options” so they remade the coffee. Recently I passed by for a loaded hash browns which I loveeee but never have bought it from this location but it was on my way. It was the WORSE! They literally put a slice of cheese and melted it like that and maybe because of that all the hash browns had turned into a WHOLE glop I couldn’t even lift a piece with my fork! Definitely not the same cheese they use at the other locations which is the nacho cheese. Just avoid this location at all cost. They need to be trained better and maybe even get more people to work because theres always only 2...
Read moreI pop into a dunkin roughly 1-2 times daily. And now the 2nd time in one month have I had to write a poor review - and this is only the 2nd time ever have I had to do so. I placed my order thru the app as usual. I had two options. Curbside or drive thru. I chose curbside, arrived 2 mins later, parked and waited... And waited.... And waited. 20 mins to be exact. I was on a conference call so there wasn't much i could do. While waiting I noticed the drive thru moving at the slowest pace I've ever seen.
After my call I walked in. I said to the one of only 4 employees at 10am, that I placed an on the go order for curbside 20 mins before. She looked and grabbed my order from two separate locations in the store. With zero apology or explanation. I thanked her and left. So after all that, the food was prepared wrong 2 of the 4 ingredients wrong. They never looked at the specifics. FYI. Not sure who owns or runs this store but they need training and help.... Desperately.
OH, and had walk-in been an option on the app which it can be, I would have chosen that, but apparently they don't know how to run their own systems at that store, or read that an order is...

I went here once, and I doubt I'll ever go back. The line was long and initially I just assumed they were super busy. What I found out when I went to the window was it took so long for each guest because the staff were on their phones, holding on conversations and doing everything else but waiting on their customers. I sat at the window for about 5 minutes with the gentleman who was waiting on me ignoring me. I had my card extended with the expectation that he'd at least take it and run the payment to be done with that part of the process. He just kept his conversation going with the young woman he was laughing and joking with. He finally gets my order together and I'm relieved to be on my way. The coffee was ok but the sandwich tasted like they didn't bother to toast the bread or heat up (cook) the eggs and bacon. I will never return to this...
