Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Laurel

I was at this establishment on Tuesday, March 14 at approximately 12:35pm. The dining room was full of tables that needed to be cleared and cleaned for other customers who were waiting to be seated. Only a few tables were occupied by customers who had been seated and were helping themselves to the buffet. A woman, another man, and myself (none of us were together) were in line waiting to be seated for over fifteen minutes. In the meantime, two different Pizza Hut employees passed by us four times each and never made eye contact, nor spoke a single word to us as we waited. I was aware that one employee was clearing tables, but the other employee seemed to be wandering aimlessly. During this time, there were plenty of vacant tables to accommodate the three of us separately; however, no one seemed to be concerned that there were customers waiting to be seated. A simple, "I will be with you in a moment" or "please seat yourself and if you're having the buffet, help yourself and I will be over shortly to take your drink order" would have been nice, but not once did any employee acknowledge our presence. After about five more minutes of this non-sense, I walked out. As I was leaving my parking space, I noticed that the woman who had been in line ahead of me was exiting the building. I'm not sure if the gentleman ahead of me left also, but I can guarantee you he was not happy about the senseless wait and lack of acknowledgement. At least two customers walked out today. How many will walk out in the future? And how many of those who walk out...

Ordered over phone large thin crust meat lovers. No Italian sausage. I repeat order twice. They confirm and give me total $19.65 & a wait time of 24 minutes. I say thank you hang up.. this was a pleasant experience. However upon arriving and pulling up too drive-thru window. My experience went decidedly sour. The store was not busy a cleaning lady looks at me then walks away. I wait & wait & wait. Finally I pull into a parking space & go inside too retrieve my pizza. The store is not busy only one family ahead of me for their order. Employee asks me too wait. I do. I can see my order is indeed ready. The family ahead of me completes transaction. I step forward as a vehicle pulls up too drive-thru again I'm told too wait. Employee goes too window then retrieves customers order. Then turns & asks if they can help me. I give them my name retrieve my 🍕 pay & leave annoyed. Upon getting home I open my pizza box & find a thin burned flavorless abomination. That should not dare ever call itself pizza. It's a meat liker not a lover. With Italian sausage & no sauce! Burned too a crisp. My dog wouldn't even eat it. My opinion... EVERYONE OUT PIZZAS THE HUT! Dominoes out 🍕's the HUT. Papa John's out 🍕's the hut. Little Ceasars out 🍕's the hut. Chuck E. Cheese out 🍕's the hut. Hunt Brothers gas station out 🍕's the hut. High-school lunch lady's out🍕 the hut! My wife placed an order over the phone, arrived in about 20 minutes, 2 pizzas some bread sticks, and a cookie pie. I have two pregnant family relatives throw up the pizza about ten minutes after it got here. Went back and checked the pizzas. The dough was half done, the cheese smelled funny, kinda rank like it was old or left out too long. I had my niece call, she talked to a guy named AJ who said he would get them to remake the pizzas and bring them back out. They did not come back out. Called the next morning the supervisor asked if we wanted it now or later, we said later. She told us to call back when we wanted them. We call back the night supervisor knows nothing about it and gets a rude attitude over the phone. They try to transfer to corporate but they end up hanging up the phone on my wife. She calls back saying she just wants her money back, they put her on a long hold talking about they waiting on another supervisor, I hear someone pickup the phone to check if she hung up and then it hangs up. Good thing we had them on the speaker phone so we could hear it all. Worst food, worst service, and even worst customer service. May need to send the health dept. If the food...
