I normally go through the drive through and have had a good experience until today. We dined in to let our 2 yr old grandson play. After about 5-10mn he was finished playing, but we still not have our food. We heard the customer before us complaining they’ve waited 20mn and wanted their food. After another 5mn the 2 yr old was cantankerous having been waiting for 20mn ourselves. I went to the front and waited another 5mn hoping my presence would rush things, but they gave the man behind me his order and not us. Finally, they bring the order and one biscuit was wrong and we did not receive the other one. I go back explaining we did not receive all of our order and one was wrong but after another few minutes of confusion, I was told there were no more biscuits or muffins, so what else do you want? Well, had they given me my order before the man who ordered after us, we would have had one. Needless to say, I spent only $20, so no biggy but we were not offered a refund when they didn’t have the supplies after a now 30mn. Read moreI chose to complete a mobile order because I had been traveling all day. I always wait until the app says, “order ready” before going inside. I placed my order a little before 9 PM. I waited 10 minutes before going inside. Once inside, there was only one young lady taking orders. I waited in the lobby 20 minutes for my order. No worker apologized or assured me that my order would be ready soon. After roughly 30 minutes. My order is complete. I ordered an ice cream cone to eat on the way home. The young lady handed it to me in a cup with the ice cream cone dumped inside. She said, “the ice cream is too soft for ice cream cones, so I put in a cup.” I ordered a medium French fry. The fries were not filled to the top of the container. I was never apologized to, told, “my pleasure” or any of the common customer service norms I expect at chic-fil-a. I use the mobile order and this restaurant chain because I know each visit will be pleasant, clean, and efficient. I am sad to say this was not the case. I was disappointed in my experience. Read moreThis may be the worst Chick Fil A experience we have ever had. It took a good long time to get through the drive through. It's a good thing that we pulled into a parking space to give our kids their food because the order had 2 things wrong. My husband walked in to get it corrected. There was only one woman working the registers. She seemed pretty clueless and just looked at him as he explained the errors. After thoroughly checking the receipt, she gave him the correct food. We have never tasted nuggets like these tasted. They tasted sour. Some form of burned? Something wrong with the oil? Not quite sure, but they tasted bad and left an equally bad aftertaste. Only one box of nuggets were hot; the other three boxes were room temperature. We ending up not eating the nuggets. We couldn't even eat all the fries either because they were soggy.
