Employee took my order and the screen wasn't working. So I couldn't pay for my food ahead of time. Waited for 10-15 minutes and pushed the button again. Asked to take my order i said no I'm checking to see if you all forgot about my order for a classic banana shake and small onion rings. Asked me what stall I was in of course I couldn't see the stall number and then figured out where I was. He said someone would be out to you. Five minutes later the girl showed up and said my ticket did not print out. Which was crazy because when she have me the onion rings and the shake it was obvious my order had been sitting for a while because the whipped cream was melted and the cherry was slightly under the ice cream. I told her it looks like the shake has been sitting. She offered to make another one. Came back with a shake that had no whipped cream, or a cherry and had no real banana in it at all, just flavoring. I had to get back to the gulf coast or I wouldve complained about that. After waiting for 10 minutes without placing my order, & hearing the people 2 stalls over placing their order, after they had arrived after me, I pressed the red button once again. This time the girl came over the speaker & told me that they had already taken their last order for the night. I said, you have got to be kidding me! After sitting here for 10 minutes & hearing you taking the order of the customers next to me for whom had arrived after I did, you are now telling me that your closed. I said your website says that you are open til 1am. You know what her reply was? We close at 11:55pm. Thatās what really made me mad. Like Iām supposed to believe that they close at 11:55pm. After waiting 35-40 minutes for my order, the tots arrived ice cold, and some were undercooked. The tater tots in my burrito were also undercooked. Additionally, the credit card reader at the drive-thru was malfunctioning, requiring the staff to take my card inside, which added to the wait time.
I even had to knock on the door after waiting so long, concerned that they had forgotten to return my credit card to me.
Despite these issues, I want to commend the young lady who assisted me. She was incredibly kind and apologetic, and it was clear she was doing her best in a challenging situation.
