I recently visited the Gamestop store in Laurel, MS, and my experience, combined with feedback from other customers online, has left me extremely dissatisfied. The primary issue revolves around the store's consistent failure to open at the posted times, creating an inconvenience for customers who eagerly wait outside.

On the day of my visit, I arrived promptly at the advertised opening time, only to find the doors firmly shut. Disgruntled customers gathered, all sharing the same frustration as we waited for the store to open its doors. To our dismay, the delay was not a minor one; the store remained closed for several hours beyond the scheduled opening time.

We went in just before closing. Everyone in there are, as always, extremely nice and truly masters of their craft. I wasn't able to purchase with this store today but I will return next time I need a switch game. I called searching for Just Dance 2022 for the switch console. Ryan checked his stock and let me know that another store had the used one I was looking for. He called the other store and had them hold it for me.
