Just like any other Mexican restaurant, nothing too special. Our waiter didn't speak English that well and never checked on us (no refill on drinks, didn't bring extra napkins, how's the food, nada). I think his name is Ishmael. They have gluten hidden inside their food. My friend and I went and we had a reaction. Make sure you ask and make you speak Spanish when you go. The restaurant is the driveway right before AppleBees and hidden in the back, off the main road. The floor was clean, but our booth seats were dirty, that's not covid clean to me. No masks required to enter or leave. Go hungry because everything is super sized.

**Four years later, still great. Went on a Monday night and got to enjoy some wonderful live music. **My new favorite is the Reyes bowl with steak or grilled chicken. The service here is excellent. They are very fast with bring the food and drinks. I usually get a Chile relleno, it is a very tasty and filling. Their burritos are so good too. My husband usually gets the Hawaiian dish. It comes with half a pineapple and an assortment of meats and veggies. I needs to take some pics the next time we go. Very good Mexican food.

I ordered a to go meal for my fiancĂ©e and I last night. I ordered flautas which are served with cheese sauce. They poured the cheese sauce over them instead of putting it in a cup on the side, and my flautas were soggy and stuck together. The meat tasted like it had no seasoning whatsoever. The only good thing I can say about my meal was that the cup of cheese sauce I ordered was very good. Maybe this is my fault for not asking for salsa, but we received no salsa with our chips. Most Mexican restaurants give salsa with the chips even if you don’t order it, but again I say maybe that’s my fault. My fiancĂ©e said her food tasted okay but I took a bite of the rice and beans, and again there was not much flavor or seasoning. I used to always go to Reyes when I wanted Mexican food, but here lately it has been very hit or miss, and unfortunately I just don’t want to spend money on a meal that may or may...

We stayed in Laurel overnight on a road trip and decided on this place based on Google reviews. The store front made me a little nervous due to its plain nature and out-of-the-way location, but the parking lot was fairly full, so we took a chance. I'm so glad we did. The service was quick and polite, and the food was fantastic. The tacos al pastor was probably the best I've ever had and my wife ordered a quesadilla which was twice the size of what we were used to from our local place here in Cleveland, TN. I only took one star away because adding cheese sauce to dishes that I'm used to having automatically was a...
