Dry, flavorless, disappointing. My side order of sweet peppers were the best thing from the order.

Stopped here because the reviews for the steak sandwiches seemed promising. It was not. Ordered a steak sandwich and a cheese steak. I didn't taste or see any cheese in the cheese steak. Confused, I called and whoever I spoke to said the cheese is mixed in, not melted on top. Fine. But I still expected to taste the cheese since I ordered a cheesesteak. The meat was so dry, the sauce couldn't even help. I couldn't even finish my second sandwich half. Waste of money.

I rarely leave reviews but that was truly the most disappointing cheese steak I've ever had in Berks County. Absolutely will not be returning.

Would leave 1 star, but my cat seemed to enjoy the scraps of steak that fell on the floor while I was eating. So at least someone...

Very disgusting...poorly kept establishment, surprised they even have their food servicing license by the way they operate. Handling money and food multiple times without washing their hands a single time. No gloves worn, improper food service attire. Jewelery on, long hair out, meat sitting out, licking of fingers before handling food, answering phone calls then handling food right after. Ordered doordash, A cheese steak , fries , hot turkey n cheese, and fries...steak was so dry I almost choked.. They didn't follow any of the directions my wife asked for no tomato on her turkey sandwich it came loaded with tomatoes and the roll was so soggy it looked as if the sandwich was left in the rain.
