We ordered carry out the other day and it was good but took 20 minutes longer than what we were told on the phone, it was annoying but we were patient and enjoyed the food when we finally got it. They shorted us 4 wings in our order that night and I was nice and understanding so I didn’t complain. We decided to give it another chance and ate inside tonight (Big mistake) while ordering I asked the guy if their wings were still $10 for a 10 piece like it says on the menu and he confirmed yes that’s correct MULTIPLE times so we ordered two orders and some other things. We go ahead and pay and our bill is like $57 I didn’t realize it until after we paid unfortunately so I politely ask why are the wings $30 The waiter told us specifically they were $9 per order so it should only be like $19-$20 for those and he said “well he’s new so he doesn’t know and our wings went up sorry” like it’s our fault that they made a mistake. I understand when somebody is still learning and I wasn’t upset with the kid about that but the fact that the owner proceeded to say “it’s on our door when you come in so sorry I can’t do anything for you you should have seen it”🙄 why isn’t it on your tables with all the other specials and price changes?? I NEVER complain, I used to work in the food industry and I know mistakes happen so I’m always very kind and understanding anywhere I go if I do have an issue that needs addressed. But this owner went out of his way to be a rude and absolutely wouldn’t fix HIS mistake due to bad advertisement . I highly recommend not going to them since he likes to be shady about their prices and very rude to customers. And not to mention he has all kids running the place who definitely need trained more, the kids and woman who were working were very nice but he has horrible customer service and isn’t a very good...

First time ordering, and we found a gem!

The restaurant was not what I thought, it was very cute and tidy. Hard ice cream available inside, lots different yummy flavors. It has a couple picnic tables out front as well.

(This is written in past tensed because the food was so good it was eaten with delicious vigor)!

Pizzas were so delicious and generous toppings. The crust of the pizza different then any others pizza we've ever had. Crispy and amazing ... and very delicious! The Bavarian pretzel sticks and mild cheddar cheese dip was really good. Mozzarella cheese sticks were highly praised. Chef salad was very generous in all the topping and fresh!

The lady that answered the phone was very helpful, polite and kind. She didn't act like she minded all my questions and patient and answered the questions throughly.

I spoke briefly with the cook and he was also very kind and considerate as well.

Five stars all around for this awesome gem of a small hometown...

What a gem !! Excellent pizza AND plant based cheese . Was recommended by Raven Morgan from Raven's Retreat . Very clean , down right spotless . Service ? They treat you like family . Very attentive . Looking forward to eating there again . Couldn't stop myself from eating just one more piece . Had to finally get up from table to stop myself from eating more . Am on a walker and YES it's totally handicap accessible, from outside ramp to their spotless handicap accessible restroom . Only drawback , half hour from where we live . Probably good thing for my waistline .lol Thank you for being the hot of our granddaughter's 16th birthday party! We live in Chillicothe BUT if we want pizza, it's worth the drive! Their vegan pizzas are the best ever . They use quality ingredients and don't skimp . Hard workers , polite , very hospitable, clean dining room and spotless bathrooms . All this and family run ....

We stayed in Laurelville for a Hocking Hills trip, and our AirBnB recommended Laurelville pizza. We placed an order and were amazed at how delicious this pizza was! Fast forward a year, and we were back for another trip. We stayed in the same cabin and as soon as we checked in, we could not wait to order Laurelville pizza again! It is absolutely delicious; a pizza we had been thinking about for a year! The pizza is so good, but the staff is above and beyond. They are so kind and accommodating and friendly. We made sure to make a stop in every day of our trip for a scoop or two of ice cream as well! A few days post trip, and we are still thinking about Laurelville Pizza's pizza and ice cream. HIGHLY recommend! We live 5 hours away, but I know we WILL be back.

Such a cute little pizza shop. But much more than pizza. Ice cream, many kinds of sandwiches and deserts. My Philadelphia chess steak was fantastic. Lots to eat. The Italian sub and cheese curds were perfect. Clear view on the whole town. Super clean buildings and town. Very nice and sociable staff. There are 2 steps to enter. Right in front of the building is a picnic table. Inside has lovely tables and many funny signs to read. Street parking is available.
