As of 7-14-24 this was the 1st time I and my family visit this location and it would b the last time.. first n foremost approximately around the 6 o'clock hour African American female was rude, very aggressive unprofessional attitude there is all just bc I ask her a simple question y was the holding time n the drive was long she stated to me she didn't know, and on top of that she said to me I don't (COOK) the food I didn't ask for know smart remarks I was just curious bc we were at a stand still it really made me feel so type of way..bc my hard earned money is her money and really didn't care how I was spoken too..being a manager as of 16 yrs.from a fast food I know as well it can get overwhelmed it I was very disheartened š..so I ask 2 speak with the manager that was on duty at the time she understood what I was saying but as I was asking her ,what the hold up was it was like a blank stare with nothing said ok I get it..the 1 female employee that was n the grill overheard me manager talking she thought it was something to repeat what I said to another co-worker that I waited 18 minutes etc and thought it was funny with a grin on her face so as all this being said I will not b visiting this location again I shall report this type of behavior to the Corporate office bc I didn't deserve this type of Embarrassment n front of my family as well other paying customers
it was 2 customer ahead of me my drive thru time was from 18 to 20 minutes or more I order a 3 pcs catfish dinner, 2 pcs batter dipped dinner as well total was 23.58 female didn't know that she was being observed she handed my order out 2 the car that was n front of me customer that was n front gave the employee the bag back then it was another 10 to 12 waiting time when I tell u tell both dinner was luke cold it was not worth buying I requested a full refund back with no problem once again Corporate will b aware of non...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live in Scotland county but work in rockingham at a mill where I spent 12 hrs working today got off called in order for calabash shrimp platter gave them my name and number I expected them to call considering the time it took me to get there but no call, walked in and heard a woman who appeared to be the shift manager or someone at least with authority talking to the cashier about a call in order at this time they had not acknowledged my presence so I listened while waiting patiently the manager\crew leader asked who's calabash dinner and a young woman with a kid sitting down on the bench across from counter stands up and says mine, I didn't think anything of it after all it is the best shrimp to eat in my opinion the manager asks was already paid for and I didn't hear anything out of cashier to the contrary then finally I saw my turn to step up to the counter and was asked how I was doing I said I called in an order the manager then turns about upset and the young girl walks back up and hands over the bag of food the manager then calls back to make a new plate because she had already passed it to someone else. If it had ended there I wouldn't be writing this here is what happened next the manager walked into the back area I turned for a moment and as I looked back I see the the cashier pick the tray of food back up stick it in another bag place some condiments in it and handed off to me saying she checked it it looks . I could have said something right then but I decided it would be better to wait till I could get my thoughts together as I said I travelled from rockingham after working 12 hours in a mill operating a forklift and giving breaks to other employees it is a hot and stressful job but I make mistakes I dont make excuses nor do I try to brush it off...

During this time she ordered her meal and after returning to her vehicle preparing to eat she noticed that 2 eye lashes were in her plate. She returned inside and presented the meal showing the items found. They did not offer an apology but replaced it they said with another order. While waiting the girl that waited on her was walking around acting rude about the situation, while may I say that the Manager was rude as well, saying that she canāt help that individuals attachments fall off and into customers plates. And to top that she said that it happens everywhere! Wow Really!!!! I call the Franchise General Manager and guess what? She had already called him telling her side and basically he didnāt even care about discussing it because she was a 20 year employee. Wow again Lol!!! I told him that after being a customer for over 40 years faithfully I must remove myself from captain dās because I no longer have any respect for management or the company and besides all this we ordered Seafood and not Eye Lashes !
