We ordered ahead on the app. When we arrived at the restaurant on Sunday (05/26/24) at 11:30 am, there wasn't one car at the drive thru, which was our pick-up preference. I was instructed to pull forward to the first window. After a few minutes at that window, the cashier instructed me to drive up to the second window. We watched two other vehicles come and go behind us while we waited at least 10 mins., looking at a chrome rack of storage: soap, toilet paper, boxes,... Very sloppy. Finally, the cashier opened the window and handed out a bag of 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. She looked directly into my face, did not smile or speak. She made no effort to apologize for the wait or to thank us for our business. She didn't say "goodbye", "have a nice day" - nothing. However, the expression on her face wished me ill.
We will never return to this restaurant. There's no way the management is oblivious to just how poor this employee's attitude is while placing them in a position where friendliness is imperative - the drive thru where she should be pleasantly interacting with customers. If management doesn't care about this, there's no limit to how poorly the entire restaurant is...

He saw all the problems that was taking place and just looked over them as if he was blinded. He refused to come to the front line and help his employees catch up even though they had a counter full of orders that needed to be filled. When I ask to speak with this useless manger he ask the problem and walked away when I went to get my phone to show him my online order and give him my order number. The employees who were there was all young perhaps high school kids, dealing with all the mix ups and confusion, all the while the manger is hiding. This place just opened and you are already starting out with reviews like this. Customer service might want to quit communicating through email or text and get on a phone and speak with your customers. Your food is not worth the money and the useless , sorry service isn't worth the money either. With the reviews and all the complaints Popeye's can just close the door on this restaurant because it will not last...

The employees cooking, bagging, and taking your orders are human just like you, so please keep that in mind when you choose to go out to eat here, or anywhere for that matter.
Think to yourself: When's the last time you did a task 100+ times in a row perfectly? Now average that across the number of employees it's taking to service yall right now.
My wings were cooked well, and had an appropriate amount of sauce on them, and the mac and cheese was really good as well. I can also recommend the frozen mango lemonade.
It's not going to be perfect, but from what I saw from my visit today, everyone working there is trying their best and being beyond patient with the riff raff the public is giving them.
I did give the atmosphere a 4/5, but that's only due to how cramped the whole lot seemed, not much room to drive, park, or sit inside during even an average rush hour, much less this busy opening. That's the fault of the...
