Below is my previous review about 3 weeks or so ago. The review for today 4.2.24 is this! Initially, the customer service was great; I ordered 3 PC supreme combo with fries and a light biscuit. The biscuit was fresh and hot, and the fries were old mixed with new. I asked for fresh fries and was advised that they were fresh (I trusted Ms.Judys word). The fries were horrible, the supremes were old and the tea tastes like yesterday.
I went to the table opened my honey mustard, dipped my Supreme and it was old (I was disappointed). I sat and ate my biscuit because it was fresh, soft and hott; I then went to the register (leas than 5 minutes of receiving my order) and advised Ms Judy about my food.
Ms. Judy, a woman at least 75 -80 years old, got an attitude with me because I asked for fresh supremes. I then asked for the manager. Ms. Judy attempted to whisper to the manager that I ate all of the food and wanted more. I advised him that I ate the biscuit because it was fresh and hot, tasted the fries, and they were horrible as well as the old supremes. I advised him that if he looked I'm the box, he'd see the horrible supremes. He looked and saw that they were all there, except a small piece that I tasted but spit out into a napkin.
I advised the manager about Ms.Judy and her attitude, he corrected my order, and I left. I believe that Ms. Judy may potentially use her age to be hateful when it is not necessary. I will not be returning for a while and if I do and Ms. Judy is at the register, I'll walk back out! She is a older senior and should know better and be a positive example.
I am giving a 2 for the biscuit.
I am giving a 1 for Ms. Judy's Service.
1 for the atmosphere because after the manager started assisting me, Ms. Judy went to the drive-thru window area and talked about me and "customers like me, that just won't go on." Review the cameras, and you'll see the interaction and time as well as me biting the supreme, spitting into a napkin.
Total review 1 because Ms. Judy uses her age to be rude, mean, and disrespectful.
My receipt is attached.
Previous review below approximately 3 weeks or so ago, i gave 5 stars all through.
The food was fresh and hot! The service was great, we were greeted as soon as we stepped foot in the door! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Ms. Elise and Stephon were magnificent in their service and made us comfortable.
As we dined we observed the entire staff being professional and moving the lines quickly. We were impressed that the drive through line was at the road but within minutes the line was gone.
The restaurant was cleaned thanks to Ms. Elise and another young lady (I didn't get her name). I noticed that they also had someone checking the restrooms periodically to ensure they were up to par.
Overall, they are not the same Bojangles, their professionalism is unmatched! It takes alot to impress me and they definitely did!!
To the Operations Manager that was there, keep doing what you're doing because it works!
I didn't get photos because the chicken was hot, fresh and crispy but will...
Read moreWell, normally it's a good place. But yesterday I went at 10:45 am. When I walked in, there were 7 total people working. 2 customers waiting for food. They had ordered. But I watched the counter lady, and she never spoke a word to me. No greeting, nothing. I waited about 5 min and saw the order your self screen, so I walked over. She never mentioned a thing. I ordered. After getting my food. I ate maybe 15 min. I walked up to the counter to get a refill. 2 customers were waiting . She was waiting on chicken to be dropped. I sat there for about 3 or 4 min she turned to me 2 times. My lid was off. So she knew why I was standing there. But never acknowledged me. So I walked over to the other side, and she never said a word. A lady from the rear walked up and asked me what I was drinking. My point was, why? If you're waiting 5 min for chicken to drop and you're standing still. And you see me holding a cup. Why not take 20 seconds to re fill the drink, then continue to wait. Normally, I go before 830, and the ladies are different. And those ladies are supper nice and their customer service is much better. Today. I was shocked. Honestly, the lady in the back that filled my drink probably knew I wasn't happy because I stood smiling because I couldn't believe how they were running...
Read moreThe location is not the best representative for Bojangles. My visit was frustrating and unsatisfying.
I went inside to order, as my wife used the facilities, and stood at the front counter waiting to be served. Staff were moving back and forth in the kitchen area, serving the drive thru customers, but no one approached the register. I waited for several minutes.
Finally, a staffer looked over and headed my way. However it was only to fill a side order container. As she took the side to put it in the order bag at the drive thru, I felt certain she would be right back. Nope. I continued to be ignored.
About that time my wife exited the rest room and went to the car. After another minute or so of standing, I went to the car and advised her that if we wanted food, we'd have to use the drive thru. That went about as well.
In a confused conversation, the order taker had trouble getting our order entered. When we reached the window, however, the order was correct. But as we left and begin to eat, the final deficit became apparent. The food was cold.
Luckily, we don't pass this way often, and won't patronize this...
