I’ve known the owners—three amazing brothers and their beautiful parents—for four decades, and let me tell you, they’ve built something truly special.

Last night, my beautiful wife and I brought our two boys in for dinner, and WOW… We had the mannigot, salmon with spinach Alfredo, linguine Alfredo, and shrimp scampi—all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for flavor, presentation, and service.

Anthony, the owner, came over with a warm welcome, as he always does. Michael, one of the chefs, came out to greet us too—because that's how they do it at Lenny’s: like family.

Whether you're in Seaside Heights, Bay Head, or Manasquan—it’s worth the short drive down Route 35. Lenny’s is a must visit.

Lenny's has been a Lavallette landmark restaurant for more decades than I can remember. They started out as just a take out and delivery pizzeria and quickly expanded to dine-in with an expanded menu.

Currently, Lenny's is at the left entrance the original open kitchen pizza palace that primarily servaces take-out customers. To the right is the very popular in Summer main dining room where guests can enjoy both classic pizza, pasta items and a selection of fine dining menu items with Lenny's excellent flair. So, it is both an original old school pizzeria and an upscale casual bistro.

Best Italian food (my opinion and I have been eating here from my pre-teens to my present day 70 years!)

Open off season late and popular with the locals. The lasagna is heaven on a plate, the pasta is so tender and not at all doughy or chewy. Another favorite of mine is the linguine with clam sauce, red or white - take your pick, both are good.

The staff is friendly although during peak summer season nights they won't be able to chat in a neighborly way as they can off season. Even if they are chatting with a local or new person - they always are aware of your needs and will stop to come to serve you.

Terrible experience after going there for many years! The owner Armond sat us at a table for 2 after a long wait. Prior to sitting down we asked if we could sit at a different table for 2 and we're told that he didn't have a server for that table. So we sat were he wanted us too, waited awhile for a server but before we were served he sat another party at the table we wanted to sit at and they were attended to before us, we got up and left. Armond, the owner has always been disrespectful but tolerable, no more, stay away. Plenty of better BYOB Italian in the area to choose from

Turns out Armond isn't the owner 2 brothers are and I received a message from Phil. He apologized for the experience we had and told me that they made a change in the maitre d. As a result of Phil's action, we returned to Lenny's tonight and had a wonderful experience, service and food were great!! So nice to be able to return to a favorite restaurant, response to customer concerns was...
