my bf’s mom is sick & was craving a Belgian waffle all day. so I get on Postmates & see Michelle’s & the menu looked awesome. I ordered her waffle, and food for me & bf as well. the other food was just okay, not good, and the waffle was INEDIBLE, BURNT, NASTY. Our poor sick mom couldn’t even eat it. we also asked for toppings on the side & they didn’t even do that. the waffle was burnt & tasted as if it was an old waffle from breakfast that was left over and soaked in butter then burnt. won’t be ordering again!

Why would anyone think this would be ok to give a customer. This was so disappointing. I went back to get a refund they told me it was going to be a "hard process" so they offered to remake the waffle for me. And again the second eagle was burned...only this time they placed the burnt part on the bottom like hmmm maybe she won't notice.... Well I noticed!!! I will never order from this place again..... shame on the person who cooked this up, you should probably find another career choice.
