The lack of professionalism at this location is deplorable. I came to this location just to pick up some extra food and wontons for my mom and I for dinner. I have proceeded to tell her that I just wanted some wontons and the young Latina woman that was working Mother’s Day night was gonna make them for me. She was like yeah it only takes six minutes then the older Latina manager, whoever that lazy woman is decides to tell her oh we’re not turning the fryers back on….? Um excuse me? If you guys are open till 11 PM why are they even off? and I was there well over 20 minutes before you close… what’s so hard about making six minute wontons? So you wasted my gas and my time. It’s not because you were actually out of ingredients. It was because you just didn’t want to make them. This is not only costing panda express money , but it’s also shows their lack of commitment to their customers. If you’re being paid till 11 PM, I expect to be serviced till 11 PM For all food items. And this is happening at multiple locations. I see workers are lying about things not working etc. just because they don’t want to make the food and I could’ve understood if I came in five minutes before they close but I was well over the time to get serviced. I expect compensation for my time and gas. Otherwise I’m gonna be doing a chargeback on the order that I did get and I’m going to never come here again because this is ridiculous! if this was any other place, they would’ve serviced me no problem and I’ve worked in fast food and I would’ve never cheapened somebody’s experience simply because they came later in the night. You never know what somebody’s circumstances is, and the fact that y’all are so-miserable to not serve somebody because you wanna go home before you’re actually supposed to go home is ridiculous. You guys need to figure it out and have better connection with your workers because they’re making your company look terrible. I will be extending my complaint to Better Business Bureau so that I can get compensated because this is ridiculous. two different locations same lazy rhetoric. This is an ongoing issue I’m starting to see recently and it’s...
Read moreWhen I visited Panda Express in Hawthorne there's was a disgruntled guest who made it clear they were frustrated that their food was not ready. The kind employees did a fantastic job diffusing the situation. Watching Adriana and the rest of the team provide excellent customer service despite the obnoxious customer was amazing to watch. All while providing quick and speedy service to the rest of the busy restaurant. Personally, one of the items in my order was still being prepared. Adriana made sure to keep me updated on the status of my plate as it was being made. I was completely enamored at the skill and speed the Panda Express team at the Hawthorne location possessed. I even saw an order go out with what looked like 12-16 plates. Incredible. I am a regular and the above and beyond service is highly appreciated. Thanks for all the hard work and...
Read moreI must say that they are completely unorganized right now, I understand there are safety measures to be taken to keep their employees safe, however how is it possible that you have a line of people outside waiting for fun and they have a person calling out names from the inside mind you no one outside can hear her, why not invest in a cheap speaker system that works, it’s ridiculous the amount of people standing outside waiting for 15 - 20 minutes for their food... then they give you your food and they only give you a Max if 2 hot sauces, no matter how many plates you ordered lol.... like seriously wow... hey really need to find a better way to service their customers, horrible management.... BTW I just left there took me 20 minutes to...
