I haven’t been to this restaurant in a few years, but it used to be a go-to for me, especially for the shrimp fried rice. I decided to visit today and order my usual, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
It seems like there’s a new owner, and the shrimp fried rice was definitely not up to the usual standard. The rice was bland and very white, lacking the usual flavors I remembered. The shrimp, unfortunately, didn’t taste fresh—it had a very strong "sea" taste that was hard to get past. I tried to salvage the dish with some chili oil, which helped a little, but the shrimp was pretty much inedible due to the off flavor.

They will favor the person to give a little extra portion. 2 people in front of me got bigger portions than me, so I kindly asked if I could have the same portions as the people ahead of me and they straight out said no.
