Normally the food is good here and never had a problem, however this evening when I placed my order I asked for a cheesesteak with fried onions, peppers and cheese and was given a chicken cheesesteak. My boyfriend was just turned off after biting into the sandwich, especially when he can’t stand the pressed chicken and just threw the sandwich away which then upset me so I told him I would call them back and that’s a waste of food. He said “I don’t even want it” I still called back because I felt bad and I also wanted him to know that I did order the right food because I told the guy I didn’t need a receipt. I told him that because normally I don’t have a problem there. I called back to let them know what happened and was told they can fix me the proper sandwich or a refund. I agreed to the refund because he wasn’t going to eat the new sandwich. Some people do but sometimes when someone is looking forward to what they ask for it just puts a different spin on things. Ok so once I told the guy I wanted a refund he said ok I will give you back $3. I said the sandwich wasn’t $3. This is what got me…. He said “well you’re going to eat it anyway right?” This statement probably lost my business. I was going to go in the garbage and give it back but they would have also thrown it away. They also could have offered a free delivery and took the old one back. So you mess up and think someone wants to not only be upset because the food was wrong, your tired, your family is eating already and you have to waste more gas. Moral of the story is the $10-12 loss really worth it? It would have been ok to keep customer happy and keep them coming back for service. The owner was not in sight tonight because I don’t think this would have been his answer. He is a good guy. That to me just...

Everything we had (some special slices, bruschetta, garlic knots, and the supreme salad with chicken) was great.

Dominic's garlic knots are probably the best I've ever had (and I've been eating garlic knots for a long time) -- they were the perfect texture (not too dense like so many places), generously portioned, and the garlic flavor was just so fresh and just so delightful, especially paired with the marinara sauce. Fingerlicking good. Their garlic knots are what I always thought garlic knots aught to be, and they really work some magic into the marinara because, as simple a thing as marinara sauce is, it really stands out from the competition.

Generally, chicken bores me, but the salad with chicken was also surprisingly tasty; the chicken was the perfect combination of crispy and wispy. They didn't just throw some hunks of chicken on top, ya know? The chicken was maybe roasted and then shredded or something. They didn't overlook a single detail in that salad.

I don't know about this place anymore ! We ordered a lunch combo with a sidesalad & an Order of chicken wings ! When I placed the order & told them to bring change cause I was paying cash he said okay. When the delivery girl came I gave her the amount & I was getting change back 'she quickly' told me she didn't have any! I said to her are you kidding me" For this was the second time she has done this to us !!! So I said go get change because when I called an placed the order I had already told the boss to please have change since it was cash !! I'm sorry but if you're a delivery person before they send you out you should always carry change on hand no excuses!! Then to boot the ( wings were super tiny )over cooked no Buffalo or Blue cheese sauce the cheeseSteak was mushy cause they put the side saled in the same container 'terrible service 'And I even made a call back to this place to let them know there driver didn't have change & the other sides they forgot 😑 Needless to say will not be ordering from this...
