Since you really had the nerve to say you are a good listener i will take my time with this review. I was there one night to look at the place to book a party for my son. The 2 people that gave me the tour were nice and helpful. The manager advised me to show up with my son the next day and ask for Geoff since my 16-yr old has been troubled looking and applying everywhere for a job. So, i went the next day with my son as i was told by the employee and as i walked in and asked for Geoff, one of the employees went to make him aware i was there the girl comes back saying if i didn't have an appointment i would have to call to make one. BTW As i was entering the building there was another kid entering who happened to know one of the kids that were on shift. So since i was there already i though i could have 2 mins to speak to the "Geoff" person since i was not aware i needed an appointment because that's not what Geoffs employees told me the night before. So, i walked up to him and asked him how i could make an appointment and if he could please take 2 mins to talk to us. Geoff seemed bothered by me going to initiate a talk with him stated he was in the middle of something and started asking questions to my son and as my son told him he was 16 yrs old he makes a comment like oh i am not hiring any more young kids who are still in school. My son was very discouraged with his words and as he stated he already had a lot of 16 yr old kids working he asked us if we could wait for him 20 mins so that he can sit with my son and talk. So, as we were waiting and the 20 mins were over the other kid who was walking in with us got Geoffs attention from the friend that already works there, and he was actually interviewing him right there and then in front of us. I felt completely ignored by Geoff as my son and i were just standing there. My point is he could have just told us to leave and not have us wait if he didn't want to help us. So i decided to go up to him again as he was done interviewing the other kid who clearly DID NOT HAVE AN APPOITMENT EITHER to ask him how much longer we would have to wait he answered with an attitude that he was busy as he said before and that's when i reminded him he had us waiting for 20 mins as he asked and that all we were trying to do is get 5 mins of his time he just replied in an arrogant way that we have to come back and that he's busy. I was Furios and walked out telling him i was going to report him and he says in a very hideous way that he was the owner and started laughing at me. My point is we were not asking for anything free we were there asking for a job mind you my son suffers from anxiety and depression, and he just took us as 2 clowns laughing at us. BTW my son had submitted not 1 but 2 applications before you even opened it is normal to walk in or even call anywhere someone applies to check status of applications YOU should know that. We live in a cold world Geoff you made it clear, you didn't have to be so rude and so unprofessional. Humble yourself. Good luck with your business....
Read moreI’m not sure why there are so many low reviews. This place is tons of fun, and super clean. There is something for all ages, and lots of activities to keep the kids entertained for hours. We got the summer pass and the kids are really excited to be able to go whenever. My daughter absolutely loved the zip line. All the employees were also very attentive and kind with kids. Thanks for a great, safe time!
UPDATE: now I get it. My son was on the ninja course and kicked off for being “too short” but every time we’ve been here there’s been literal babies with parents playing in the balls. They should mention when buying a summer pass a 40” child will not be permitted to do most things and it’s not worth the cost. Also, maybe enforce the rules with everyone, not just one child. Also watching them let a girl on the sky rider who is NOT tall enough just her hair goes over the line who is terrified and holding up an entire line of kids, when she’s not even tall enough but it’s ok for her. The discrimination is crazy. I’ll be calling corporate
As far as measuring her yes I was sitting right there when they measured her, her head was a good 2” under the sign, so that’s not speculation. We were not there at a busy time there was no one on the course other than my daughter. She absolutely and completely singled my son out and seems the rules only applied to him for that and apparently other rides. My children enjoy coming here, but as far as treatment yesterday after the summer pass we won’t be getting a membership as planned nor be booking my daughters birthday party. Left a very bad taste. Absolutely understand children getting afraid, however an employee singled out my child when literally no one else was there but the same rules didn’t apply to the other child. Not okay at all. I keep a VERY close eye on my children, the only reason I allowed him to attempt was because it was empty, and I’ve seen smaller children in there and no employees have said anything to them. I remove my child if and when larger kids come for all attractions, even ones he’s allowed on so he’s not in the way. To come over and tell him “you’re too small to be in here” and at that point he wasn’t even doing anything just standing on the side waiting for his sister was uncalled for. More than happy to discuss if you’d like, however I stand my ground on this employee being unpleasant (which is not the case for most...

Rude and untrained management team. First arrived on the weekend April 6th. They follow the rules very strictly which i can understand since they just opened. My daughter was measured by multiple staff members and was determined to be over 42in so we signed up for platinum membership so she could do the spin cars. Today, April 9th, on arrival a manager tried to debate that guests for platinum memberships don't get 50% off when it was on the board displayed right behind him. After it was pointed out to him he walked away without a word while I'm assuming another manager or lead finished the transaction. Later while I was buckling my daughter into the spin bumper car (not the flip) the same manager told me in a rude way that it's not my job to buckle my daughter into the seat and if I'm not riding on it I need to leave the area. I was going into the nearby flip car and was buckling her up before I sat down, which the employee should be checking after anyway. The manager then proceeded to ask my daughter to get out of the car so he can measure her himself. Her head was at the black line and if you rest your arm on her head it was over. He said since her head wasn't "over" the black line visually she could not ride even tho you can clearly see she was of height. I told him she was previously measured which is why we got the platinum membership. He walked away saying I can just go ahead and change my membership then. The same manager was behind the counter and when I approached to talk about the situation with him and to find out how to downgrade my membership (because I'm not going to go back and forth about height everytime I visit) this same manager walked away and told another employee to talk to me so he can chat with his family or friends that were in the park at the time. I even heard him mutter " oh she's mad" to one of his friends behind me and then walked away and sat with them in a booth while I waited to talk to an employee. They couldn't assist me so I have to contact corporate. Will definitely be fighting to cancel membership now instead of downgrading. Very unprofessional workers. a simple situation which was not handled...
