This store is currently the messiest itâs ever been, I couldnât even get through the aisles with my cart that had my baby in it. As I was walking throughout the store there were employees who would pass by with carts and racks and not say âexcuse meâ and would just pass through behind you, one of the receiving workers almost hit my baby with a rackâŠ.so disappointed, itâs so overcrowding in the infant section as well, the store had pj sets in the middle of the main aisle and I couldnât get through it without getting squished. Overall the customer service was terrible, cashiers were just standing there and not calling people up, cashiers are racist as well. Cashiers do have to know that even if we are Hispanic some of us do know English VERY VERY WELLâŠ.As I was exiting the store, the cashiers and a supervisor were talking and blocking the way towards the exit and wouldnât move even if they saw me with a cart and my baby in it, I practically yelled so they could hear me and move so I would be able to get through. This store has...
Read moreProfiling, humiliation, and zero accountability I came in with my family expecting a normal shopping trip and left feeling targeted and degraded. A cashier questioned my identity when I asked about an employee discount, nitpicked my ID, and even mocked my name like it was a joke. When I provided proof, she still refused to process the purchase and dragged this out for nearly an hour. Security then decided to comb through every single item in our cart without any cause. No alarm, no suspicious behavior-just us being treated like suspects instead of customers. This is discriminatory, unprofessional, and unacceptable. If management cares, pull the camera footage, retrain your staff on anti-bias and customer service, and hold people accountable. Until then, I'm telling friends, family, and coworkers to avoid this store. No discount is worth being...
Read moreCommunity warning-respect isn't optional I'm writing this so other families don't go through what we did. A cashier mocked my name, refused a valid discount after I showed proof, and blocked the transaction while laughing like it was a game. Security then performed an invasive, item-by-item search without any cause, turning a normal checkout into a spectacle. My family was embarrassed, and we were made to feel like criminals for existing. This store needs immediate oversight: verify your discount procedures, retrain your cashiers on ID checks without bias, and stop selective "security" that targets customers based on how they look. Until there are real consequences and real change, I recommend avoiding this location. Respect is the minimum-if a store can't provide that, it doesn't deserve...
