Attika Restaurant — Restaurant in Lawrence

I had ordered food for my family and I for curbside pickup, when I got to the restaurant I parked and waited for about half hour after I reported that I had arrived. I waited a bit longer a realized that no one was bringing out my food, thus I decided to call the restaurant. A lady picked up I explained that I had placed an order and had been waiting outside for my food to be brought out for a long time, she then asked me for my name and told me to hold off. I then waited again which seem like forever, I realized that no one was coming back to talk to me so I hung up the phone and went inside. I told the lady at the bar whi I was and that I was pucking up my food, because no one was bringing it out. She said that she had told me that my food was being brought out and then called someone from the back room who gave me a bag. after I got to my car I realized that she only gave me one drink and was missing two other drinks. I then went back in and told her that she only gave me one drink and that I was missing two more. she gave me the drink, but when I finally got to open the food and was going to eat it, they did not include haf of my order and to make things worst my wife found a yellow magget on her fried chicken. I recently dined at Attikas Restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service provided was poor, with a wait time of a staggering 2-3 hours. This excessive waiting period was highly inconvenient and disappointing.

To make matters worse, my group and I were falsely charged for food items we did not order. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the manager, they refused to remove these incorrect charges from our bill. It was frustrating to encounter such resistance and lack of accountability.

Moreover, the overall customer service was lacking. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and showed little effort in rectifying the situation. It felt like our complaints were brushed aside, leaving us feeling undervalued as customers.

Additionally, Attikas Restaurant failed to have a system in place to appropriately accommodate our group of 15 people. This lack of organization and preparedness resulted in a chaotic dining experience, further contributing to our dissatisfaction.

Overall, I cannot recommend Attikas Restaurant based on my unfortunate visit. The poor service, excessively long wait, false charges, uncooperative manager, and lack of adequate customer service and accommodation for larger groups left a lasting...
