Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lawrence

I went to this location right around 1:30pm today sunday 4/23/23. I went to get a breakfast taco and a harsh brown like I usually do. When it was my turn to place my order this was through the drive-tru the employee who was a male had the audacity to lie to me and tell me that they weren’t allow to do any breakfast taco at that time. They are only “allow to do it in the morning only and that theres nothing he can do about it”. My replied to him was “wait since when? Because I have gotten it at anytime of the day. I have never seen a Dunkin’ Donuts having limited time for their menu”. He replied saying “Well thats what we were told”. So I drove to a different location in which I placed a mobile order and guess what! They made for me it was ready for pick up.When I got to the the other location i asked the employees there about what i was told and they were honest and very nice and told me that as long as the kitchen is on they can make it at anytime. Why are they lying to customers? Never going back! If they don’t like their job they should go work somewhere else… zeroooo for customer...

Minus five stars. I've tried and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt over the past year and a half, but I can't do it anymore. It seems that following simple instructions is too much for the staff here; I can't tell you the amount of times I've asked for cream cheese "on the bagel" (i.e. not giving me a knife and a container of cream cheese so I have to do it myself), only to have them do the exact thing I asked them not to. They have messed up my fiancee's coffee so many times we've lost count. If she wanted the French vanilla swirl, she would have asked for it, yet it seems that 75% of the time she gets that nauseatingly sweet swirl instead of the regular FV flavoring. Worst dunks ever....never get your order right and when you say something they complain how your wrong!! Ask for a refund once for a gave them $6 including tip totally got the wrong coffee they made it again and it was wrong again. Told them I just want my money back and that they could keep the tip I just want the money for the coffee they tried to give me all nickels and dimes back!!! Haven't gone there in 6+plus months and I live next door....just went there and guess what?!?!? Yup you guess it they messed up my order. Guess I'll stay going to the dunks 10 mins away!!! WORST...
