Eli's Place — Restaurant in Lawrence

Sunday morning, me and my boyfriend wanted to explore a new breakfast place. I am not a fan of the huge crowd myself, I like quiet and cozy. warm and friendly. SO, we tried Eli's Place. I could NOT be more satisfied. Sat at the bar, played with the vending machine (adult child) and had a hearty meal. I was very pleased, and will definitely be back. I would steer clear of here for no other reason than the staff. The owners are completely rude and obnoxious. I am not sure how they get any repeat clientele that is new. I had a tiny issue with something and was spoken to in an extremely unprofessional manner. I worked next door when this place was being constructed. The owners would always stop by and were super friendly. Once they opened we had to try it and oh my goodness Eli did not disappoint. Everything is fresh and cooked to order. Some places use some processed items and they do not. You can tell by the texture and flavor.
