Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lawrence

This is the only place I know that when u order multiple sandwiches they charge you for half you get your points you are not asked if you want a receipt then we realize I have 2 more sandwiches to pay for do the same process and not get your points for your purchase. Then when you bring it to their attention they say they can't give you the points that they missed when you paid. They can't go back and give you the receipt for your purchase cause they had a couple of people after you. Now you have to call corporate but they don't have that number. Then they give you an unpaid receipt for your purchase which is not gonna do anything. So they have good food. They need to do alot more training of their staff. They also need to get a system that they can operate to give you a receipt when asked. UPDATE finally...

Staff is nice and the food is good. The problem is the way it is structured. Last time I went in I waited for an hour on my order... They have 2 people on the line, one on hot subs, and one on register. The problem is that they stack up so much between online orders and walk-ins. Of course the prioritize the walk-ins because they are customers that are in store. This causes the online orders to back up because they don't have a someone that is available to specifically take care of online orders when there is a rush.

All in all I've gone to this location a couple times and the food is always good but I've always had to wait at least 20 minutes and because of that I don't think I will return until they are able to figure out a...

So many issues, Only five topping choices???? Forgot capicola even though they charged me for it. Girl at the counter pretty much acted like we were an inconvenience to her. Cutting bread and meat on the counter with no board. Slicing meat and cheese with the same slicer ...now I've worked in kitchens , I've worked as a server but one thing is for certain, cross contamination will occur when you slice meat and cheese on the same machinery without cleaning between them, I ended up tossing most of my sandwich because I didn't want to get sick.
