08/11/24- A little over a year and all I can say is the service has become WORSE. I order 3 to Turkey Tom's and they still messed it up. One was supposed to have only cheese, mayo, and turkey. They other two was to have everything with extra cheese and 4 kicking ranch sauces. Well they gave me 3 Turkey Tom with everything on them and jalapeños ranch sauces. They put so much lettuce on the sandwich that you couldn't close it and did not put extra cheese. I paid $39.00 for 3 sandwiches only to not get what I ordered. I am DONE with this place!!!! No more chances. If you like ordering food their way just go to Jimmy John's in Lawrence they are destined to mess up your order and give you what they want you to have. Pissed and disappointed. 07/21/23-When I placed my order the employee taking my order was speaking extremely low, so I stated I was having a hard time hearing him/her and I was given immediate attitude. overlooked that and still placed my order. I paid and waited in the drive thru at the window for over 20 minutes. They were horse playing around and not one of them checked to see if I had my food. I paid for Jimmy chips, turkey Tom with 2 kicking ranch sauces, and asked for provolone cheese. I paid and gave a $5.00 tip only to not receive what I ordered. My sandwich was mangled, no provolone cheese and no chips, and last no receipt. The young lady that gave me my food asked me to pay and I stated I had already paid and left a tip. Which at this point I wish I had not. I asked the young lady for my chips and was told it would be another $1.34. I said I order chips and paid for my order. The young lady asked me for a receipt. I told her the young man that I paid did not give me a receipt. She said well, it's just another dollar and change. I said no thank you and left. I work from home so I usually just order my food since the location wonât deliver to my home which is fine it gets me out of the house. For the first time since I was in the area I decided to go to the drive through an order my sandwich I usually get which is a number 15 while taking my order they kept saying they couldnât hear me as I continued to say what I wanted. I got to the window grabbed my food after paying an left my receipt because online you always have a receipt. I called back an explained my order explained what I had an whomever I spoke with apologized told me they had written down my corrected order since they gave me a number 15 an I do not eat red meat at all. I didnât run back up there because I was in the middle of christmas shopping! I did return later on that evening an I never got treated like I did anywhere in my life like last night. I go to the window to replace my sandwich an give the man my sandwich back he asked me do I have my receipt an I explained that I had called earlier letting them know what had occurred earlier within the day. He slammed the doors went back an spoke with a team member an came back to the window an said to me which blew me away he said to me maybe I went to the wrong location! Like I donât know where i ordered my food from?WOW! So he gave me the sandwich an i opened it this time an it still was wrong! I asked him whatâs missing! He said just the cheese nut I knew it had more meat then the standard sandwich because I ordered the number 15.    Read moreTook 1hour and 15min to get my food. they sent 1 driver out with 9 deliveries. and I am a 5min drive from the store. Unacceptable.
I contacted jimmy johns based on their response. All I got was a bunch of non-committal buzz words blaming the "current staffing environment" being challenging and thanking me for being supportive, patient, and understanding. Bunch of hot air. Lesson learned, do not order delivery from Jimmy John's anymore.
I heard from Jimmy Johns corporate who said they were having having trouble getting staffing and I would hear from the store manager to make things right. I never heard from them.
I decided, foolishly, to order from Jimmy Johns again recently. After waiting 45min, and my order not showing out for delivery I called the store. They stated they had a hold on bread, the driver was loading up to leave with 10 orders, and they were not sure which order he would be delivering in and asked if I wanted to change it to take out. I said yes and went and got my food myself, but somehow the tip for the driver was never taken off.
In short, I will never order delivery again....
