Can I give zero or negative stars as a rating please? I only went to pick up my order and it felt from the get go that the lady answering the drive-through line was the rudest, meanest, most racist person I have ever encountered in my life. Here is how our conversation went: Lady: How can I help you? I: I am here to pick up my online order Lady: Name? I: I said Lady: NAME? (SHOUTING in the rudest voice!) I: I said again Lady: I AM ASKING YOUR NAME. I: This time I said my full name. Lady: I WANT THE NAME ON THE ORDER. I: I again said my name (same as the very first time) Lady: DRIVE UP She kept screaming every time she heard me. Obviously she had not heard an Indian name before and was very upset that we had ordered and they had to fill the order. Once in the window, another person started filling the order. She handed us the packets, and my wife and I started checking. We have past experience of missing items. The first thing I immediately said was there was obviously 1 drink missing. They said we ordered only 1. I had to go back and forth, read the exact order, show them that we had 2 combos. Then they most reluctantly gave us our other drink, all this while trying to make us feel that we had made the mistake. No sorry, no regret. There were other mistakes too. It was a Thursday and no other customers were even there and none on the drive-through line behind me all the time too. No wonder they have such low ratings from all customers off late. Shame on them. KFC should pay notice and close out this outlet altogether. I will avoid them at all costs...

I will never order from here again, it’s not worth it, you will never get what you ordered, it will either be wrong or missing altogether. This is not the product of lack of staffing, the staff is clearly incredibly lazy and lacks work ethic. It is not hard to at least quality check the bag to make sure everything is in it. Missing entire sides and things you paid for is generally unacceptable.
If you order a multi-piece meal, you will never get the pieces you actually ordered. The chicken will never be fresh, it will be soggy with the coating falling off the chicken & lucky if it’s even luke-warm- truly nothing that thrills me more than having to wait to eat so I can heat the food up in the air fryer. Sometimes, like tonight (12/9/24) the chicken is inedible all around.
The soda is always flat. I’m not sure why anyone would buy a Franzia-esque bag of flat soda.
Management needs to be more present or maybe new management is needed altogether. Honestly, just close the entire location down, which is probably only a matter of time— I can’t imagine this location makes a large profit because they constantly have to issue refunds and they contribute greatly to overall food waste. Chic-fil-a WOULD NEVER.
In this economy if I’m spending $40 on 2 meals, it...
Read moreMy wife and I grew up with KFC. I was even involved in developing their pot pie. We always could count on a great take-out meal for a week-end treat. It’s been almost a year that we’ve ordered from them because of the pandemic. We got the usual---12 piece crispy bucket with 2 sides of mashed potatoes and an order of fries. Noted first the price has gone up significantly---$36 (used to be in the 20s last year). But what really turned us off is what happened to the food and amounts for that higher price. Crispy? Nope—soggy. All dark meat as requested? Nope. Chicken pieces, must be coming from miniature chickens now---drumstick should be called a ‘drumlet’ and the wings ‘party wings’. Mashed potatoes used to be in an 8 oz container (like a cottage cheese container) with gravy in a separate container. Now an order of mashed potatoes is in a 2 oz container with some gravy poured over it (I compared a normal container like we used to get to the new and improved container: the new contained has been reduced in size/content by 75% by content weigh and volume). In the ‘old’ days, an order of fries was significant. Now they’re smaller than a MacDonalds’ small fries. What’s going on? Price goes up, portions go down. Quality down. Not worth it. There are competitors in our area who still give you an honest, tasty meal. Go to...
