Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lawrence

Like the food at Taco Bell. This location is very convenient. Service is little slow if you go inside the store, noticed the drive thru is always fast from ordering to getting the order ready. Seems like they give more preference on completing drive thru order before orders at the counter inside the restaurant.

Had recently placed an online order to be picked up from this location. I had two different orders. Both orders came were done wrong. I had clear instruction on both orders for NO MEAT on the order and had clear instructions on what I want on the order. Both orders came with meat on the food and was also missing two items from one of the order. My family does not eat meat and two items were missing so we had to find something else to eat for dinner after we all ready paid for this food from taco bell. Staff should be properly trained on how to read the order on the screen, and should verify all the items have been placed in the bag to make sure nothing is missing from the order. Customers pay money for this items and expect the food to be what they ordered, its very disappointing to find out we didn't get the food we ordered after...

Delivery was 45 minutes later than the latest estimated time. The driver pulled up and wanted me to come outside to him on the hottest day in Boston history I don't blame him. However, I'm Terminally ill and waiting for a transplant, and can't even get out of my bed. Maybe it was lost in translation because I've never had this problem before with Taco Bell or GrubHub. The simple directions state: Please bring into the lobby, leave the bag on the table and the receptionist in the rehab I'm in will let me know. He called irate: "It's hot outside, I don't want to park in the parking lot and get out of the car, then walk to the building." I told him to park at the front door, it's maybe 15 feet to the lobby table. He just kept exclaiming Oh My God Oh My God. I have no idea what he thought was so hard about that. It took another 20 minutes to get the bag to the lobby. Needless to say, it was cold. The napkins and whatever else comes when you check the box weren't there. The wrong hot sauce was also delivered. I threw it all in the trash...

went through the drive thru of this taco bell me and my family waited 5-10 mins at the loud speaker and nobody offered to take our order. we said hello to see if the worker would hear us and nothing. we were causing a line due to the fact they didn’t take our order so we went to the first window to see if they can take our order there. there’s a tall gentleman there and when we get to the window he’s ignoring us. we call for him and tell him we’ve been waiting for them to take our order at the speaker and he never took it. he said he never heard us even tho we were saying “hello is anyone there” at the speaker while we were waiting and had no response. worker had the nerve to say we couldn’t order at the window and said he didn’t hear the beep when we pulled in and was trying to make up drive around the drive thru and wait even longer to order. I used to work in fast food. in situations like that where you left the customer waiting he should’ve took our order. never spending money there...
